What a coincidence! I took delivery of a car on Sept 21 2011.I live in Rochester and work in Mayo Clinic. My salesman was Rick. Talkative but nice guy. I think owners name is Doug. He is nice too. After I test drove the car I liked, I told them about the problems. It was due to wrong tires. They put new tires. I asked for extra set of keys and a remote. They gave me that too. They charged me $50 for that though. Dealer would have charged me at least $200 for key and remote. Rick also gave me AutoCheck (CarFax competitor) report which lists all the previous owners, accidents, title problems, etc. All owners were from Minnesota from the beginning of the life of this car . Only reason I am writing this review because I stumbled upon previous review (Sept 21st), which was very negative, while getting direction to go back to pick up my registration plates.

We bought our van from here about a year ago. We knew it had some problems that they promised to fix when we agreed to buy it. They still tried to stamp the bill of sale "As-Is" though - thankfully, my husband refused to sign the paperwork until they removed that. They have followed through with their promises to fix the issues and we love our van. The office is a bit dinky and dingy, but we would rather pay less for the vehicle than go to a fancy dealership and pay for the atmosphere.

I bought a BMW 530 with low mileage and a clean car fax and Mike in sales was very friendly. Owner Doug also services the vehicles. I do my own work on a variety of Euros and grilled Doug on every aspect of this car and he answered all my questions and replaced a few parts ahead of their scheduled maintenance to ensure the vehicle would be turn key for thousands of miles to come.
