Having been a Nissan driver for 30 years, I obviously love the product. Bought my first Nissan from another dealer and left that dealership feeling "taken advantage of" and never went back. The experience at Luther has been worlds apart! Ive purchased two new and one used Nissan at Luther and its an experience that keeps on giving. From the first encounter with the sales team through the incredible service I receive on my (now 11 year old) Altima, Luther is tops! My most recent encounter is a case in point. Id been in to the local tire store to get a flat tire repaired and they found that that one of the rims was bent and they were unable to get a good seal. Although they are a decent shop, I was wary when they offered to get a new rim, so I called Greg Isham at Luther Nissan and he offered to find me a good used rim at half the cost that the tire store quoted. With the tiny spare tire installed, I headed over to Luther. True to form, I was met by the most accommodating service team imaginable. Greg had already ordered the rim and Adam Bistodeau greeted me warmly and listened to my concerns about a "wobble" Id been noticing. Lucky for me, he assigned Joe to check things out. Joe is a young, enthusiastic mechanic with an old school work ethic. Not only did he find and remedy the source of the wobble (a bad tie rod), install the new rim and replace two worn tires (one with a nail in the sidewall), he noticed that the floor board on the passenger side had rusted through and he removed the rotted old panel and replaced it with a new floor board and undercoated the heck out of it! Of note, for over a year Id been noticing an exhaust smell in the cabin and had the muffler system checked out and had been assured that it was flawless. Joe found the culprit without even knowing of the issue! Although my car is geriatric, she has always treated me well and I love not making car payments, so occasional repair bills are a small price to pay. But she had developed an unsightly rust on the drivers side fender below the gas door which I noticed every time I got into the car. Id been to a body shop and just didnt feel that I could justify the estimate they quoted. Adam to the rescue: He has a subcontractor who made it look as good as new at a fraction of the body shop cost. Finally, the car had developed a squeal which turned out to be not just a simple belt change, but a loose tensioner and a broken alternator bracket, which took serious detective work to locate. Joe methodically went through potential fixes until he located the problem and made it right. This is an absurdly long review, but is long overdue. Bottom line is that Luther Nissan has earned my trust. I know that they are not just out to make a buck but to truly address my concerns in the most cost effective way possible. They make me feel like Im their only customer (or at least their favorite), though I secretly know that lots of other customers feel that way too. Thank you Luther Nissan.

I would prefer to give zero stars... To start off my parents bought two Kias there and were completely pleased. Thought I would have the same experience... It all started with a phone call. I was transferred to a sales woman, I told her I had a small budget and told what I could afford and asked if she thought they could work with me on a Kia Rio. She told me I would be better off looking at the Soul. I asked how that worked since the Soul cost MSRPs about a grand more. Not realizing that I told her I was a first time buyer and she was trying to take advantage of me, I stayed on the phone. She told me there were better financing options with Soul. She told me to better get an idea of numbers she would like me to come down to do a credit check for financing which I new was coming. So I drive 40 miles to the dealership and start talking with the saleswoman. So we talked a little bit and then I filled out the credit application. After about 30 minutes a finance guy comes out and tells me that they are working on some financing for a Nissan Sentra. Knowing that the Sentra was about a grand more than the Soul (which was a about a grand more than the RIo) I asked why would we be doing that, that cost more. To which he told me there were special offers going in which they thought would work for me and trying to get get me the best car for my money. I was still too dumb to walk out there. After about another hour and half back and forthing with another finance guy about money down and monthly payments I got them down to my affordable price. Thinking that this was actually going to work, I asked them how many months this would be set up for and they told me 36 months. Thinking wow this was great I thought this was great and then started thinking. $500 down + $205 x 36= almost $8000. Something was not right, a brand new car for that price. So I decided to make sure that we were on the same page and walked up to the saleswoman and asked if the deal we were working on was for leasing. I told the woman again that leasing would not work for me because I drive too much due to work. She had told me that if I leased it and went over on the miles I could buy it at a discounted price. What gets worse is they had me test drive a Sentra that was supposed to be just like the one we were working a deal for. I asked the value of the car. $17,500! no where near a Rio or Soul! I told them I was leaving and walked out. Called my dad and told him what went down. Guess where my parents wont be going to ever again. Went to Stillwater Chevrolet and they worked with me and got me exactly what I was looking for. Great Guys!

My first time here was pretty good. I cant complain. I had no problems with them whatsoever. I brought my car in for another checkup because my check engine light came on after 3 days of driving it! My car was still under warranty with them, so I thought what the heck might as well bring it in. It took them 2 freaken weeks just to see what it was! First, Adam told me he ordered parts for my ignition coil and if anything changes, he will call me. I called him on Wednesday and he said that the parts just came in and the tech will be working on it and my car should be ready tomorrow (on Thursday). I called again on Thursday (after waiting the entire day to see if he would call). He did not. When I called, he said the parts just came in and the tech will be working on it. What the heck!!! He just said that yesterday. I dont appreciate being lied to AND always having to make phone calls on my end just to check up on the status of my car (which I have done all along through this whole ordeal)!!! Then he told me a part of my guide from my timing belt broke off when they opened my engine. I asked him why I wasnt inform of this since he said if anything changes, he would call me but he didnt. Then he talked to me like I was stupid and said he doesnt have x-ray vision so its not like he could see through my hood into my engine. No duh! You think I dont know that, Adam! I asked to be dealt with the service manager, Dave. He said he will take care of me and I decided to let them fix my timing belt and the guide on it. It took me 2 weeks just to get my car back! And then, guess what! I drove it for 3 damn days and the fricken check engine light came on AGAIN! The first time I let it slide but after the same thing happening again twice, I was beyond infuriated! I brought my car in to be dealt by with experts and professionals and this is the service I get! So suffice to say, I called Dave and told him what happened, so he told me to bring it in so they can look at it at no cost. I just spent $2000 on my car and I dont have that kind of money to be coughed up again. Again like before, it took them 2 fricken weeks just to get back at me and tell me that my car had a faulty wire so it was nothing. Now, Im starting to think if it was that all along and if I got ripped off. Maybe my ignition coil didnt even need fixing. Maybe it was that "faulty wiring" all along. Whatever...nothing I can do about it now. Its not like I can get my money back. This is the last time Im buying a Kia. My family knows how to fix Toyotas and Hondas so next time, I wont have to worry about dealing with people like this.
