I am adding to review.Had my first oil change.I want to praise Jessilyn. She was very thorough and friendly. Her service was awesome. Then ,I took my car on a trip to Chicago. The car drove beautifully. One time I had to cross 4 lanes to get to a a 5th when departing Chicago on the freeway. It was no problem. The price is right. The sales department is low key.Jake Fisher was awesome. He was friendly, low key and very helpful.I bought my wife and I G4 Mirages. We took advantage of sales promotions.A couple of things to be aware of.Two cars I was looking at on the internet were listed as new cars that internet person gave me information for. When I inquired about them at the dealership I was told they were not entirely new, that they may have a few miles on them and they offered the same 2 cars models at $500 more for each of them. Then when sale was almost finalised I was told that there were some safety lights on back of each car. Each would add $299 to the price.I really thought this should have been mentioned at test drive. Also as I look on internet at Mitsubishi options I cannot seem to find this option listed.I am wondering if I overpaid for this.Lastly be careful of the Ally financing credit of $500 as the interest rate is quite a bit higher and the extra cost can exceed the actual savings of the Ally credit. Also, the financing is not simple interest. Also I had questions about the tires on the G4 about how long they were good for .I asked several people and nobody could get me a real answer.A few days after the purchase I went on internet and found out that the tires are not carried by US dealerships or tire providers at major US stores.I called the service manager at White Bear Mitsubishi. He was very friendly and helpful. He said there was one other option available-a different 40,000 mile warranty tire. After the purchase the sales manager seemed surprised we were not interested in an extended warranty.I mean if powertrain is lifetime warranty and has the 5year ,60,000 miles warranty for our needs I did not feel it was needed. Now that we have had the cars here are some of my thoughts. The yellow warning light came on in one of the vehicles to indicate low tire pressure.I filled them up and this has not reoccurred. The car drives great in the city.It accelerates enough to keep up on the freeways.Handling is a little difficult at over 60 mph but doable. The controls in the dash area are conveniently located.Gas mileage is great The tires are listed as all season.I guess they are good for about 30,000 miles although I beleive they have no tread warranty.Hopefully, they drive well in the ice and snow.I do feel on passenger side they should have a mirror on visor. There is plenty of room in front and back seats. It is very comfortable seating.Trunk size is ample for size of car.Wish it came with XM radio.Yes we did get a good price.Service people were relaxed.I do like the positive attitude of the general manager and employees.I do like the aroma of the dealership. It is very positive and enthusiastic.Compared to most dealerships they are among the best I have dealt with.I definitely would recommend them.I love the polar bear plush animal in back seat given to each vehicle. They did give me a free car wash.I feel car wash could be upgraded. The beverage center is great. The soda was very flavorful.I did drop by after purchase and the general manager and staff were very friendly. We just drove to Canada and back.Car drove great. There was a highway with 75 mph speed limit and car had good acceleration and no problem keeping up with traffic. Thank-you.

I really have nothing that great to say about this location besides, Parts is the only reason why I still go to White Bear Mitsubishi. Ive tried multiple times with different sales people to get a vehicle about a year ago. Luke the old used manager would not let me purchase a vehicle and the GM kept sending me back to the same person who would not make it happen. So like any person who couldnt get a car they wanted, I went somewhere else. Walking around going back to parts, a sales person was selling a 2015 Lancer Evolution to a new customer with no knowledge on them. What was said was interesting and completely incorrect.. "I see 22psi on my boost gauge on my car and it is completely stock." I would like to know what Stock Evo 10 can hit 22psi with no modifications/tunes.. Also to add on to another topic since touching on all parts of this dealership I almost forgot about Service.. Now also a place where i like to go because theyre helpful just like parts but there are only a few techs and 2 service advisors who know anything on the brand and issues that are common on their vehicles. Scenario, let me ask to see if a brand new crate engine (2015) will fit into a 2008 model Lancer Evolution 10, Service advisor did not know the answer so she got me to a technician who would. I respect that she did that. The technician stated there was no way it would work because they are two difference engines. So i asked.. the 4B11T engine was changed from 08-2015? besides minor things such as a timing chain what else could possibly be so different? He stated the blocks were different. Now after a purchase from a different location out of state with the right information, My 15 engine is in my 08 :) Most recent, Mr. "Skip" used car manager was selling a vehicle i wanted information on but it was going to auction due to engine complications. I asked a simple question to see if he would sell any exterior modifications, and with no hesitation and a rude tone he didnt want to sell it because it could devalue the car. I took it from a business standpoint and understood. About 3 hours later i get information from someone local asking to purchase the same parts for cash as well. Interesting enough i guess my money wasnt good enough because the person local purchased it the next day. Without an offer on the table from me, Im still lost for words.

I am not one to write a bad review. I have worked in the service industry for almost ten years, I know what good customer service is compared to bad. I went to White Bear Mitsubishi in June to find a new car, the sales team and account managers were great, helped me get the cheapest loan, walked me though everything, really made me feel like I could trust them. That was until I left the lot with the car that day. After buying the car and driving it back to see my family in Wisconsin I saw that there was a bald patch on my front driver tire. THIS alone is unacceptable. But then when I called to figure out what I could do I had to call over and over, I left 3 voice mails before anyone called me back, it was bullshit. Once someone did call me back they informed me that my truck had come from a different Mitsubishi store that does not go through the same safety inspection as the cars at the White Bear store. Meaning White Bear had NO idea this truck had a bald spot on the tire, WHY WOULD YOU NOT DO AN INSPECTION?! After demanding that they put 4 new tires on and complete a full inspection before I take it again I was on my way home when the front tires were making a creaking noise. I called them back immediately and brought it in to them AGAIN the next day. Turns out there was something in my brakes that did not have grease on them, I asked them while changing my tires to please do a full inspection yet they miss THIS?! Now it is the end of August and I wanted to change my oil through them because it is free and I just graduated from college 1.5 years ago so free anything will do for me. However, I will NEVER let White Bear Mitsubishi touch my truck again after this. There sales team only cares until the car is off the lot and the service team does not really seem to know what they are doing. I am so unhappy with this purchase that I am actually writing a bad review, I never write bad reviews. If I did not love this truck so much I would have given it back in a heartbeat, but its mine now and I have to live with the negative consequences. One more thing, the hinge on my door needs to be replaced already. So thats cool.
