If you need tires go the Discount Tire Store in Eagan; the staff there is fantastic. Heres what they did for me: one of my tires were extremely low, I stopped at Holiday Gas on Pilot Knob to put air in it with no luck (I knew I needed new tires but wasnt sure if I was going to keep the car). I look across the street and notice theres people in Discount Tires; as Im walking towards the doors I notice the hours M-F 8-6 and its now 6:30...they graciously open the door and ask what the problem is. No sooner do I finish my story they ask for my keys and had the car on the hoist; I needed a new tire, so they boot up the computer and check their stock, they had the tire I needed (only 1 of that particular kind)! I was back on the road by 7 pm; someone was watching over me that night and Im so very thankful they opened the door for me! The other 3 tires were ordered that night and the next day my car was good to go. Weve had misc work done in the past and the staff greets everyone at the door, theyre courteous and genuinely concerned. They went above and beyond that cold Oct night and Ill never forget it! Thank you!!!

Wow! I am blown away by the customer service at this store. I purchased two tires in March 2015 and had to drop in for a tire replacement/repair when I had a flat yesterday. I was very impressed with how they assisted me in purchasing tires in March and thought the one that was flat was one that I had purchased (I drove over a nail). So, I initially returned to utilize the warranty. They were clearly very busy but made time to look at my tire. I was mistaken regarding the tire being under warranty (the front tire was flat but I had purchased the back tires) but they still fixed the tire. After they repaired it (promptly) they didnt even charge me! I immediately added their insurance on the tires I hadnt purchased. I will continue to bring all my tire business to this store. The service and professionalism cant be beat!

I have been to a couple other Discount Tires, as well as, other tire shops in MN. This is by far the best customer service and set of employees I have ever dealt with. Walking in the store i was greeted with a hand shake and they had already had my information pulled up and ready to go. I got 4 new wheels and 4 new tires installed, and was out the door in less than an hour. Not only were the customer service reps friendly, but the tech that performed the work on my truck came in afterwards when the truck was done and shook my hand, explained some items to me, and he was the one that sent me on my way. I am amazed and gracious to the courtesy they showed - I would recommend and will be sending anyone i know to this Discount Tire shop in Eagan!! Thank you!!

Top Notch Service! I read reviews and saw many had a good experience here. I called to see availability of tire balance in the am for the following day. Andrew answered and was very kind and helpful. When I went in the following day Andrew was with someone so Michael helped me out. He was amazing treated me like I was royalty even though I had bought the tires out of town where I used to live. I cant emphasize enough how awesome he was. Service like this is hard to find especially when it is the service that goes with tires. Often places like to sell the tires but then run the other way when you are there for a rotate or balance. Props to Michael and Andrew for their standout service. I would recommend this location to anyone.

They fixed my slow leaking tire...for FREE!! My husband got new tires here 2 years ago so we stopped by again. 2 years later and their service here is still really very good. This must be a sign of good management. Im guessing they take a lot of care and concern with their hiring process, unlike many other places. It takes good character to know good character– and to help build good character in your employees. Im proud of these folks. If you are in need of any tire related services, these gentlemen should get your business. If youre getting a slow leak fixed, I recommend bringing some cash to tip them since they wont be charging you! There is no implied tipping or anything like that, I just wish I had done that!

To illustrate how great this location was, I had a 9:30 appointment, and im back at my computer already in my home at 10 am with plenty of time to write this review. Terrance was the guy who processed my order/transaction and even gave me a discount on my tires so it would make more sense for me to have the coverage for a free replacement if something were to happen to my 4 new tires (i was trying to save money for my wedding, but he felt i needed to have coverage on my tires, so he discounted me). Wow! The other guys in the the garage were really helpful and friendly as well, but i dont remember their names. Great Price, Great location, and a Great Place for you to do your tire business! -Mark

This was the second place I had called about my low tire pressure symbol. (I ran over a glass Starbucks bottle that somebody had carelessly left in the parking lot). The first place was going to charge $30 just to look at my tires. I spoke with Mike at Discount Tire who was very nice and professional. He assured me that as long as they could patch my tire rather than having to replace it, he would do it for free! Turns out, my tire wasnt leaking, the change in temperature caused the symbol to come on, however Mike said this happens more often than not and its better to be safe than sorry. They dont work on commission and seem to truly care about their customers. Will definitely be going back!

I hardly ever write reviews, however my experience with this particular store was exceptional. After hitting a pothole, resulting in a flat tire, I took my car into Discount Tire and was greeted by Andrew. He inspected my tire and seeing no damage to the rim itself, he had the tire inflated and determined that the tire was still in good condition. At no charge, he had the previously flat tire remounted, my spare stored back in my car and the pressure checked in all other tires. All it cost me was a hand shake. I will most certainly be going back here when new tires are actually needed. Great Customer Service!!!!

Had a tire leaking air on my drive into work. Made a same day appointment for a time that worked for me. Walked into the Eagan location and was greeted by a smiling face. I got a call 20 minutes later, they had removed the screw in my tire, patched it up, and gave me my keys back with a $0 invoice. Best part is, they didnt for a second try and sell me on any other Bologna service or new tires, nothing. Just put the keys in my hand and I was back on the road. Seriously an amazing experience, plan on using their business for my other tire related needs in the future.
