Bala is amazing! Backstory: I brought in a faulty product from another printer who was giving me the worst time. The product was horrible and it was even discovered the file was adjusted which created one of the many issues with the overall product. I showed him the product and we chatted, he proofed right in the store and had the product ready for the client to pick-up before 7pm. He didnt even charge me to fix another printers sloppy work. He listened to me and remembered key details from the conversation right down to the city the client was in. He then took them to another store in that city to finish them (didnt even ask him to-I was just going to deliver them) and the client was able to pick them up. The color profile was true, everything was even right down to the bleed lines, which he was more than knowledgeable to adjust so that the score lines would be perfect on the product. I highly recommend this store! He saved the day and I will definitely bring my complicated design projects his way any day!

I kept putting off sending a package because I was unfamiliar with UPS Stores. One day I went into this location and I was glad I did. The person was so helpful, and made it super easy. Since then, Ive been to this location quite a few times. Sometimes I need them to pack for me; sometimes I have a return all packed and sealer, ready to go. They are cheerful and friendly and make sending packages easy (if not the most enjoyable activity). I recommend this store highly. Just be sure to verify hours if you are not sure. Its New Years Eve and they are open till 3. YAY!

Stopped by the store to mail a package on my way to work and they were not open. The published hours on the door said that they opened at 8:00 (it was after 8:00 on a clear day with no weather issues) and nobody was there. Now I need to make another stop, so they lost my business.

They lost my package or never received it is what they say. A $600 T-Mobile phone that Im now being charged for. *Update* I asked if they have cameras so we can see who it was given to and they told me no because they are a new store but I see reviews going back years.

Agree with other comments. Very poor customer skills. Employee told me that they are independently run and they can run the store their way. Was sent away saying they were too busy to look for my package in back, come back tomorrow.

Not open on time! Sign says 8am... HA! Good luck. I go to the Starbucks next door every morning around 8am, and this UPS Store fails to be open the majority of the time. Unacceptable, especially since they "Love Logistics".

The store was closed during posted business hours. Not a very good way to run a business! Go to Fedex Office across the street if you can.

Like the others said, they lie about their hours. Not okay! Open at 8 low your sign says or change your hours!! Really disappointing.
