I am finicky about design style and the written word. Rapid Press Printing gives us that extra added punch so that our materials look cool and get noticed! I am so impressed with Rapid Press Printing that I highly recommend them to everyone who wants some extra flair in their marketing materials. Their designers took our new logo and created a stunning business card. They worked with me to create coordinating pieces like a thank you postcard so we can keep in touch with our clients. Most recently, they took our idea for a tri-fold brochure to the next level by creating a more contemporary rack card we give out at events and when we call on insurance agents. They helped us pull this new look together by coordinating the look and working on the details to include all of the information I want and need. Thank you Stev, Nan, and all of the crew, for being so responsive and easy to work with!

I was a recent customer at the Forest Lake, Minnesota branch of Rapid Press Printing. I had first called Kinkos, but their customer service was rude and unhelpful. I googled printers for my Christmas letter, and came upon Rapid Press in Forest Lake. The whole process was great. My initial call was taken by Steve, who was helpful and kind -- quite the opposite of my Kinkos call. Then, I worked with Lisa to resize my Christmas newsletter and print it. She went above and beyond. She stayed half and hour late to finish the job, which means a lot to me since I am off my feet with a broken leg and driving from a town 30 minutes away. Thank you for the excellent customer service.
