When I first went on a hunt for a professional printing company to fit my business needs I was so confused. After a few trial and errors with other printer company, I found WHCC. Had I known about them before I would have saved a lot of headache. WHCC, hands down, is the best printer Ive ever worked with. The customer service outranks 5 star service, theyre very quick to process and print your order. Thankfully they have a location in Texas as well, so my prints get to me extremely fast. I have never been let down when using their service. They even called me once because I uploaded the wrong file for a 48x48 ( oops! ) and took it out of my order and processed the rest so I could my other items as quick as possible. They adjusted my total without having to cancel the entire order and was able to submit an additional order for the 48x48 and have it printed the correct way. Had WHCC printed the image and just sent it to me, it would have looked horrible. It would have been 100% my fault too. I love how they go the extra mile for the superior customer service that they provide. I feel honored to be a client or theirs. I share great pride with my clients because I can offer them such a high quality product. My kids also love the lollipop that comes in the boxes form WHCC with your order. I think its easy to say as an entire family unit, we love you WHCC.

When I needed to place a photo order the Technical Staff (Customer Service) helped me launch ROES on my new computer. WHCC is very Customer Service Minded and desires to keep the Customer Satisfied at all times. I am not a commercial/professional photographer and receive excellent service. This organization takes care of all their Customers.

White House delivers a great quality product at reasonable prices and does it very quickly. What really puts them over the top, though, is customer service. My partner and I have used them for multiple orders and have never been more pleased working with any company. We just submitted some works last night and some of the printing was weird. They called immediately to get new images and resolve the issue. Truly top notch!!
