I would recommend to be very careful with this store. I recently shipped a package from this store. It was lost during shipping and I dont believe it was the stores fault. The problem came when I wanted to try to find the lost package. When I originally shipped the package, I asked for a tracking number and they provided me with one. Unfortunately, this tracking number was not a standard tracking number and I was unable to use it to find my package. When I use a company like this, I want to use their expertise. For instance, I did a very poor job of packaging my package. This UPS store let me know and fixed it. In the same way, I want them to be honest about what kind of tracking number they are providing me. On this basis, I asked for them to cover part (not all) of the loss. I understand that it is still ultimately my responsibility to make sure the package arrives safely. I should have taken the time to learn about the different issues related to shipping. Never-the-less, I still hired out this UPS store to compensate for my lack of understanding. After being very patient for several weeks, the store in the end was unwilling to really work with me. I truly believe that this is bad business.

Went in to send a simple fax. The woman working the desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. It took her a long time to send it, even though it wasnt busy. She didnt tell me when it was finally time to pay, and just looked at me like I was stupid. The worst part is that one of my pages was returned with an error message, because it didnt go through properly, and she just threw it away! Good thing I noticed because she wasnt about to tell me. Now I have to re-fax it, but will go somewhere else. The whole time she was just really abrasive to everyone in the building. I didnt take note of her name, but lets just say I dont think she deserves her job. I see a lot of other reviews that have similar complaints, but no changes. Who is running this place?

There was a typo in the template they created for me. The typo went unnoticed until that night, I went back the next day to ask what they could do to fix it. Possibly a refund for my paper that they printed the template on, or at the very least a free reprint with the typo fixed. The owner of the store talked down to me. Telling me it was my problem, and he was not going to give me a refund or a reprint. When I told him I wouldnt bring my business there anymore he told me he didnt care. When I said I was going to call the franchise and complain he said good luck with that. Throughout our conversation he raised his voice at me, and talked over me. He was not only mean but using threatening tones with me. Terrible customer service by the owner!

Hello, Im the person that was waiting for the urgent medical supplies. I was informed by the company that sent the supplies through UPS they had to pay an extra 30.00 dollars to get the product delivered to me by noon on June 4th. When the medical supplies didnt arrive on Saturday June 4th I ended up going to a hospital to get what I needed. If you are the owner of a store you need to take responsibility for an employee new or old. The supplies arrived at my house on Monday June 6th with three stickers on the box that said Saturday delivery. I do not recommend that anyone use this Forest Lake store. I also think the owner should take some management classes and pay for them himself.

First and last experience with this store. Dropped off pre labeled package and left it where the employee told me to. Package was never scanned into tracking system and they were less than helpful. They told me to call UPS. UPS told me to call them. After dealing with UPS I called them back and informed them that UPS told me to call them. They wanted me to call UPS again. No one was willing to do any footwork to figure out what happened with the package they lost. Employee stated the owner would call me back and that never happened... Positive experience with UPS in the past but am pretty sure this store cant be trusted, I will never be back.

I used to own a manufacturing company and shipped with UPS for 20 years. I have since retired and from time to time ship things all over the place. The staff in Forest Lake has been nothing but professional. I take what I want shipped, they box it, ship it and send me an email with the tracking number, what can be simpler! I tried to ship something on another person’s account and they told me that UPS does not allow that anymore due to fraudulent use of other companies UPS number. No big deal. If you are a multimillion dollar company why are you using a UPS store?

I had a horrible experience at this location. Horrible rude staff. I complained & was told there would be a staff meeting. I did return to give it a second try. Absolutely no change. The staff member was talking on her cell phone as she was "helping" a customer at the register. She was complaining about another customer & a store situation. She had no true interest in helping me. She told me to email the store. I will never go back to location! It truly makes me wonder management & their training standards. UGH!

Seriously....learn some customer service. All of your employees are extraordinarily rude and gang up on customers. I just watched an interaction between them and a customer and I was floored, if I was that customer I would have flipped out. And instead of the employee finishing my transaction she was more concerned with helping make this customer feel like crap. Ive worked retail for a really long time and Id fire every single employee there and start from scratch...

TERRIBLE customer service and far worse management!!!! I needed to have urgent medical supplies shipped over night, I was assured they would be there. they were not. when a manager was involved he took zero responsibility and put all the blame on his "new employee" and then proceeded to tell me, and I quote "Im certainly not going to use MY Money to have it couriered"!!!! Needless to say I ended up paying triple to make sure the product got where it needed.

I have been a mailbox customer for 2 years. I recently had an unusual package issue that was such a headache. The store manager and the other employees helped me track down this package and get it returned to me. They took such a complicated issue for me and made it easier than I would have thought. They went above and beyond to be sure this issue was settled, I highly recommend them to anyone because I always get superior customer service!

Excellent customer service. We had several large packages that needed to be delivered overnight with a saturday delivery. The store was closing at 6, but the manager stayed until 6:30 to receive the packages and then drove them himself on his way home to the airport so that they would still ship out the same day. It was expensive, but the packages went 2500 miles in less than 17 hours! Id say the manager went above and beyond in this case.
