Payed to have a package shipped over night for $40 and it says it hasnt left the shipping state. Package was very important that it arrived the next day. Have been on hold for over a hr waiting on customer service for them to tell me that weather didnt allow their plane to leave now i wont see it till 3 days later. Horrible !!!!!!!!

Faxing was a total ripoff, a foul pricing scheme. 22 pages cost $35+tax. Later that day I bought a fax machine and all in 1 printer scanner used for $4.99, and it works great. Never going back to fedex for a fax again.
