This store and/or UPS is lost my 2-day air shipment package of documents and it arrive 4 days late. That was 4 weeks ago and I yet to be reimbursed from UPS or this store for this late arrival. I had to re-ship these documents next day FedEx to make the deadline for the closing. FedEx may cost more, but its worth the extra to not deal with an independently owned store that blames UPS for not shipping on time and UPS blames the store for not recieving the package. FedEx also has better and more frequently tracking information and is corporately owned. I have little hope for ever getting may $18 refund.

UPS told me they could package my TV and send it. I arrived with my TV and they told me that they couldnt do it cause they didnt have a box maker, they said the next time they would have one on the clock would be a week from the day I planned to ship it out, I cant wait that long, and I told them the weight, size on the phone and now when I show up with the TV they tell me they cant do it. They wasted a lot of my time and money. I recommend other services.

Ups was suppose to drop off a package for me at work. Saw the truck drive by and got excited thinking it was for me, then he never came in, went to track it online that night and they said i refused the delivery, when they never even stopped.
