My familys business has been working with Arkansas Graphics for over 3 years now. They produce for us a bi-monthly, full color magazine that ranges from 48-76 pages. We switched to this company from another printer as AR Graphics was able to provide a higher quality paper and printing for less than what we were spending. They also manage the mailing list of multiple thousands and get it mailed out. They have always delivered on-time. If I have questions, they answer them. Weve also done some smaller jobs with them - a few brochures and business cards.

A Private User

I requested a quote -- instead of working with me to find a solution that fit my budget, they said in reference to my printer specs "they are only going to make a couple hundred on the job". In other words, they really didnt seem interested in wasting their time on a small job which is fine, but perhaps they could have provided the name of another printer who could have taken the job or at least kept their thoughts of the small commission to themselves.
