The Journey
Decent company but lacks things consumers want to know about. The option to hold a package is awesome BUT I would have appreciated knowing my delivery would have been delayed a couple more days. I would have never agreed to have my package held and I would have had arrangements done to get my package. Now I wont have my package for my trip.
