Two days after Christmas, when everyone is getting new phones, and theres one person working in the store. Theres two other people that need to be helped so he says "itll be a little bit" after waiting for an hour and 20 minutes he finally gets out new phones for the people in front of us. When asked how much longer, he says "maybe 20 minutes, Im new here". We left. Why is there only one person working during the busy season and why is he new? This company does almost everything wrong, not to mention there service is awful. I live near a large metro area and still get awful service in my own home. We will be switching very soon, and I suggest everyone do the same.

Arrived at 10:30 AM, to a locked and empty store, which supposedly opens at 10:00 AM. After waiting for a few minutes, an employee and her boyfriend pull up and open the door. A little frustrated, I enter the store and want to get directly to business. I get one sentence into explaining why I am at the store today and she gets a personal phone call which she takes and laughs her way into the back of the store. Seriously, I think a wall could be more informative and helpful than this store. Dont even waste the gas coming here.

Ryne and Rick are awesome! I am a previous Verizon customer and I can tell you these guys go above and beyond. As soon as I walked in they were very helpful, extremely knowledgeable - and just all around friendly guys. Im very happy with the service and the products that I received - I love my galaxy 5 and my free tablet. Anytime I have questions about my bill, insurance or any type of services I just pop in and they are always willing to help. I highly suggest going with Sprint for their service, staff and products.

Its hard to accurately describe my frustration with sprint so I felt the need to go talk to someone in person only to arrive at a locked door void of any employees. I figured theyre just understaffed at the moment and needed to go get something so I continued to wait for about 30 minutes. Arrived at 6, left at 6:30. Closed early, I guess. No sign, lights in the store left on. Wow sprint. Wow.

Love this store! Bosco has been awesome to work with - very helpful and knowledgeable. Answers all my questions and always available to help me. Best service around - and Ive been with AT&T, T-Mobile and others. Would highly recommend this store and Bosco in particular. Bravo!

At most Sprint stores that Ive been to, the representatives are usually sitting down. But not here. At this location the representatives are always lively and on their feet. Arrianna and Jordan were excellent to work with. I highly recommed this store.
