I went to the UPS store today to mail 6 small, lightweight envelopes. I asked for the least expensive way to get them there by Saturday (2 1/2 days away). I was quoted $9 for UPS delivery. I asked if USPS was cheaper, and they said it was not. It took the clerk about 15 minutes to enter in the first 2 envelopes/addresses. On the third, he told me the price went up to $16. After lots of questioning, he said it was past the delivery cut-off point for next day. I said that was unaffordable, and was charged $5 for USPS priority mail. On my fourth package he told me it would be $11 to get there by Wednesday next week. I stated I needed it there by Saturday. He told me that would be $50. I was shocked! I again questioned and questioned how it could possibly be that much. I said I know USPS priority mail has two day for much cheaper. Finally, a clerk next to him said, while the UPS store does offer USPS services, they do charge more. I then asked to get all my packages back and cancelled my order. I wasted almost an hour of my time, and was frustrated that I couldnt have gotten that info up front, despite asking repeatedly. I will not use the UPS store in Hudson again.

Shipped a package to my daughter who is a teacher in Texas. Package has yet to arrive even after numerous promises and phone calls. We tracked it and it has out for delivery 5 times. Now today they say it is back in Hudson but the box is all beat up.. It was a rebuilt IMAC computer I purchased from the apple store in the box. Im sure it will be smashed when- or should I say if - it ever arrives.. Changed me $70+ dollars so it would get there in 3 days. It has been almost a month.. I would never trust one word from anyone at this store. I will document the whole transaction later tonite.. BEWARE of this UPS Store..

Quality Printers & Staff! I was in Hudson for business last week and needed some pages printed and binded. Ario, younger male, calm and willing to help, helped me throughout the process. Although I spent over an hour, I got what I needed, 50-60 pages of printing. We couldnt get the color printer to print all the way to the edges so they had wasted paper and binding, but finally got it to work. They also have candy, staplers, shipping, all-in-one! Price seems a bit high but for the quality, sounds right!

We live in California and after inheriting family heirloom photographs we were in need of a packaging and shipping service to our home. Many businesses that we contacted by phone could not help us because of the specialty packaging required. Then we were referred to The UPS Store in Hudson. We contacted them and have been very pleased with their courteous, friendly service. We received our package yesterday in perfect condition.

Disappointed in the high cost! Had a document scanned to email and was charged over 4 times as much as paper copies ($28 vs. $7) would have been (yet they used no copier ink, paper, additional labor or equipment wear to scan my papers); plus they tacked on a $2.00 fee on top of the unit price. Unreasonable and unacceptable.

The associates at this location are SO helpful! We printed our Save the Dates and items for our Invite Suite and they turned out perfect! Also saved us a lot of money :) They have so many paper options, print you free samples to ensure the product is what you want, and are super quick! We will be using them again!

I had scheduled an appointment for a business card redesign today, and after finding out that I was out of cards, they offered to make up a batch of 250 cards just to get me by. They had them ready by the time I was finished talking with the designer. Excellent customer service!

Prices are ridiculously high! Many times what a normal UPS center costs. I will never be back, I felt robbed of $30 to ship a small (less than half pound package) regular delivery to Nebraska.
