The smell there is horrible. A humid must that makes you puke your pants. They called me a pig but I WAS WEARING MY COW COSTUME!!! Worst experience. Avoid. A guy named Jackson Trickington told me everything at AT&T was free. What a fricking liar. Liar! Again about the cow costume. That was $67 off of Ebay. I am vivid. I spent my precious Pasos on that to impress my mother. Avoid AT&T. Good location though, convenient.

Wishing I could give 0 stars. The employees are rude, not willing at all to help people set up their new phones or show them even how to plug it in to charge it. We have been with AT&T for 25 years and after the way they treated my elderly mother-in-law, our entire family is now dropping AT&T services. Im so glad I dont have a contract with AT&T anymore so they wont get any more of my hard earned money.

Randall is the worst! when i came in with a sim card problem he immediately wanted to send me to a phone repair shop before he even tried to replace my sim card. Tobin was helpful and the same day replaced my sim card which corrected the problem but only for a few days. i have taken care of my phone and only now, four years later, have i had problems and conveniently days after i paid for my plan.

If you want to call ATT..call the ATT number not the store, If youre the type customer that demands immediate service good luck at any phone store. EVERYTHING they can do, you can do .....ONLINE.... if youre still complaining go to Wal-Mart and buy a go phone...

ATT at Amity road is not at all good. A guy called Jason is so rude, he did not even have patience to even explain what the problem was. He was least bothered to even help me out with a solution. Worst customer service ever

Worst experience. Customer service is horrible. All but called us liars because we cant produce a receipt from 14 months ago. 14 months. Who keeps receipts for that long? Avoid at all cost.

Always friendly staff. They can get pretty busy sometimes with a long wait, but they do a pretty good job about having plenty of staff available. Most times Im in and out fairly quickly.
