I will not be going back. I had an interest in the glass pipe selection and bought my first piece there. Once I got home I found out that there was a manufacturing problem with the glass piece. Glass was inside the pipe and prevented any draw. The pipe is completely unusable. I took it back to exchange it for another piece since they sold me faulty glassware, but they refused to do any sort of exchange, despite it was their fault for not checking their products for any sort of flaws. I am not impressed with the customer help. I asked if they could check their products in the future before customers were tied into a purchase. "There is nothing we can do to check them, but we take pride in our glassware and we are sorry about the inconvenience." Wrong excuse. If any pride is taken in products sold, all glassware pieces should be inspected with pipe cleaners (if not by eye) to ensure quality pieces. Beware of the the no return policy on their glass pieces. You can be hooked into buying a product you cannot use

I used to love this store until last night. The girl was rude and unhelpful. I typically get great service. I left and went all the way to Cupids outside of Cabot. I had just spent over 300 dollars in there last month for my friends party. I will never do business with them again as long as I have to deal with rude people working there.
