When I went back it was a completely different experience. Friendly, great work and exactly what I wanted. It makes me second guess my first review and wonder if it was something I did. Again, I hope to emphasize that they have great prices and now I have discovered that they have an amazing return policy. After everything is done, I highly recommend them. The owner (Im guessing) was a complete jerk towards me. The other people that work there are nice, but this guy was extremely hostile and rude to me. There was no preview of the art I had printed and when it was finished, he handed it to me rolled up so I couldnt look at it. When I got home I saw the colors were not what I wanted. The price was great, but the service and product were not. I recommend paying a little extra elsewhere for superior service.

Spent time in Images over the holiday working on various projects.... personal and for a local non-profit. The staff, especially the owner, went beyond the call of duty perfecting my various printing needs. Not only did they provide an upstanding service, but they knew the importance of my projects and were happy to deal with my picky changes in a very timely fashion. I love knowing I can get quality products and service each and every time I walk thru the door. Highly recommend!
