Images Printing has always been fine but the customer service has always seemed lacking. Ive used the NLR location for business and personal purposes many times over the years and they never remember my past patronage. But after today I will never use them again. I was attempting to send a rather large file through both Mail Drop and We Transfer, both of which went through fine on my end. So I called the shop to come up with a solution. The man on the phone was very impatient and kept talking over me and laughing… So I said "I feel like you are busy and dont have time to help me". He said he was busy and if I felt like delivering the file on a flash drive I could do that. I told him I was a business client of his and felt he was being rude. He just raised his voice and told me he couldnt help me. I asked for the supervisor, he said he is the supervisor, then hung up on me. Wow. The phone call lasted a total of 7 minutes. To cap it all off, this project was a simple poster collage for my grandmother, who is very ill and in the hospital; this fact seemed to elicit zero compassion from the man on the phone.

I have been using images for printing and faxing. I saw another review say how Images fax service was costly? Go to Office Depot, FedEx Store or UPS Store and you will pay double at least! I had a 2 sided business card printed. I provided the art and they did their magic with what I was asking for. The cards were amazing and for the cost, I cannot scream loud enough how pleased I was with the finished product. Most recently I have sent them my photography to print, and the prints are great quality for an awesome price! People that thinK this place is expensive or they are lacking in customer service? I am sincerely curious what you are setting g your standards by! The staff at Images has been nothing but prompt, curteous, polite, and absolutely professional. If you feel you can find better service, better customer interaction, and a cheaper price, with their quality of work?ease let me know. I have used many printing services in my years and they are top notch in my opinion!

Didnt realize it would cost $1.00/page to fax. Perhaps thats the going rate but Ill try some place else nest time. Sevice was fast, uncomplicated just cost more than I expected.
