Had 250 business cards printed out at the Middleton location. Edges were frayed, centering and size were both way off. When I took them back for a refund I was told that they didnt have the right equipment for the job(why they took my money and tried anyway is beyond me), but that that the Mineral Point location they have a "laser guided hydraulic cutter" and they should have "no problem" getting it right. So I decided Id give them another shot. I go to this location the next day to pick up the redone cards. When I open the box, the edges were fine but the centering was even worse. When I made this apparent to an employee, I was told that "they werent supposed to be perfect"... What does that even mean? Shouldnt being able to use a goddamn ruler be a requirement for this job? I swear these people would be flipping burgers at Wendys if these places didnt exist. Oh yeah. When I asked for a refund they made me wait a half hour just to tell me that I had to go back to the Middleton location to get my money back, "because thats where you paid". I almost feel like this incompetent waste of space was trying to stick it to me for not praising the unusable garbage he tried to pass off as acceptable craftsmanship. What a joke. Anyway, went to AlphaGraphics to get the cards redone yet again and didnt have any problems. A little more expensive, but they have more paper stock options, faster turnover, and excellent craftsmanship. Thats the difference between getting work done by Graphic Designers instead of High School Dropouts. My advice: If you need to get Copy, Print or Scanning work done, just go to a Public Library where you can do it yourself for way cheaper or possibly FREE. Anything beyond that, just spend the extra cash to get it done professionally. Dont waste your time with mediocre businesses like FedEx Office.

Went here to print a graphic portfolio for an interview. Not knowing the area, I went to FedEx because it is a well known name. VERY unsatisfied with the quality of the prints. I went back 3 times and each time, I thought it was my fault for the poor quality of the photos I was having printed. However, I make sure the document I had was well over 200MB because of the large photos that were in the document. Some were red toned, all were poor quality. I had to pay for the job even though I wasnt satisfied. I contacted corporate and just received a phone call yesterday (about 4 months after the incident) Never going back again.

The staff here were absolutely rude which really surprised me as Ive been to Kinkos all over the Midwest and they are generally pretty nice. Although there were 4 staff walking around the store, I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk and answer my question. Afterwards, it took them 20 minutes to find a little piece of paper saying they cant ship my item. The staff were literally leafing through this huge binder page by page to find where it says you cant ship what. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and just say they were having a bad day. I look forward to decent service next time around.

I drove here from Stoughton because it was the nearest Fedex location and I had a prepaid return envelope. As soon as I walked in the door, they told me that they wouldnt take my package and that I should "drive across town to the one by the airport." That was only the beginning of my journey! They wouldnt take my package as it was at the second fedex location, telling me I needed additional packaging which they did not sell. 3 trips to 2 different fedex locations later - all of which were more than 40 minutes from my home - and the package was finally sent out. NEVER AGAIN!

Carried a very large heavy package through the front door, attendants glanced over, nobody even held the door. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes to ship it, numerous employees walked by me, nobody helped. I was about to leave. A lady eventually came over and told me to fill out a form, I did, then I waited another 5 minutes, she never came back. Eventually this very grumpy kid came over and handled everything fast. This place is full of deadbeats. Good prices for shipping but awful service.

Went in with my three boys and stood in line for over five minutes (felt like a lifetime) and there was no motion in the line. Finally I asked a cashier how long he thought it might take and he said, "Well, probably longer than you want it to." I said, "Is there anything I can do? What other options are there?" He said, "Well, were open 24 hours, you can come back during those late hours." Ummm ... no thanks. The guy in front of me said hes had horrible service there all week.

Had an extremely disappointing experience while trying to ship a package with a return envelope. After wasting over an hour trying to create an account (apparently thats needed at Fedex for setting up a return to what you are shipping), Fedex tried to charge me about $55 for shipping to Chicago and back. Staff there was not knowledgeable at all. I am never going here again. Went to UPS the next day and got the job done in less than 5 minutes for less than half the price.

FedEx Delivery Service is very very bad. I am living at the West part. I paid extra fees with direct signature for my packages and waited at home for whole days for the packages to come. However, my packages were all delivered to someone I do not know and this made me feel very upset and insecure. Nobody knocked my door or even left me a notice about my packages. Seriously not recommending using FedEx service in this area. They are truely not professional!!!

I was a little concerned after reading earlier reviews when I went to take an item that needed to be returned - and was pleasantly surprised at the quick and efficient service I got - I was out in less than 10 minutes, with my item returned at no cost to me, and receipts to prove it. Kudos to the staff at the Mineral Point FedEx for figuring this out!

I had 3 different print jobs done at this location for wedding related items. Despite approving the sample version, they somehow managed to mess up on every single one of the orders. At the best, they offered 50% off; at the worst, I paid full price for the misprinted items. You think I would have learned after the first time...

Scheduled my package to be on hold to have picked it up myself in one of FedEx locations. Went in there the next day and they said the request was not processed yet, came back the next day and they said they dropped it off at the wrong location, not the one it was scheduled to be. What a waste of time. Unacceptable!

Cant beat the fact that they are open 24 hours a day! I recently went there for a last minute luggage shipping. Yes I found out you can ship your suitcase! And they did it quick. Very spacious location and staff are friendly. Five stars all the way.

I came in with a damaged smartphone that I needed to ship out for repair. They had a purpose-built box for that and the employee at the shipping desk packaged, sealed and labeled my package for me. Couldnt have been any easier!
