Let me start off by saying that Ive visited many of pawn stores throughout the metro area and right upon walking in, knew something was different about this one.The professionalism and knowledge that was expressed was impressive by all standards. Corey, not only gave me a fair price on the item I brought in but, he was very informative to the questions I asked about products I was inquiring about.This is not your typical pawn shop where customer service is also one of the items for sale. This is the "Cheers" of pawn shops on the second hand scene, where on your way out the door they will know you by name ( thats why Cheers..where everybody knows your name). After a visit here youll be wishing that every place you shopped, took lessons in "customer service" from these employees.Its refreshing to see a business operate this way. It has "Awesome" management and a very "Kind and Intelligent" staff. So, if you have ever been curious of how much that 18K gold with diamond accent African Zulu tribal mask may sell for, stop on by and have a chat with the staff. They will give you a more than fair value for your item. Im 99.9% sure that like me, this will be the one and only pawn shop youll do business with. Great place, Great people and Great prices!

excellent customer service. beyond my expectation. I bought iphone 6 on yesterday chrstmas eve 2016, trying to set it up, I realize it required password for icloud. I forgot to ask them to reset it since it was used iphone. I try to call store, offcourse it christmas today, they are closed for holyday. I have no contact to call their private number to solve the issue i have. But because i knew the names of whoever was associated with store, they had their names on icloud information, i was able to look it up online to connect with them. I called Corey, he very nice man. I told him liesten, I know it christmas day, I hate to bother you, but i need help. Before I called him, i figured even if its holyday, people dont mind to help if they can. He took his time to help me. Thank Corey!

This place is hands down the best pawn shop in the entire twin cities area. The store as mentioned in other reviews is WAY cleaner and more organized than other pawn shops like Pawn America. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they will consider putting a price on anything you bring into them and they arent trying to pressure you into a sale. As with every pawn shop they have overhead and have to re-sell your items, but they offer a fair price on popular and in-season items. The store isnt as big as most pawn americas but it makes up for it with cleaner, more quality items and much better prices. Ill do all my pawning here from now on.

By far the Best Pawn Shop I have ever visited in my life. Very clean and well displayed. I have sold and bought items here many time and always feel like Im the one with the better deal versus other pawn shops where I have felt that I been the worse deal. (Pawn America) Seriously whoever runs/owns this joint really great team of employees that you have. Especially Jon Guitierrez which is the guy I have made business the few time I been their.

Extremely clean and well organized store. The gentelmen there were helpful and nice. They were willing to work with me and eager to help. I was a very loyal customer to Pawn America and now I will always come here first. I wasnt having the best day when I walked in and walked out with a smile and two phone numbers... Haha just kidding but I did walk out with a smile. Definitely a happy customer!!

There prices are way better compared to pawnamerica excellent staff that was very helpful. The 2 times I did go to pawn something i compared my prices to both pawn America and here cause I live closer to pawn America but I wanted a second opinion. Safe to say this will be my first stop from here on.

I thought Pawn Works was one of the better pawn shops I had previously been to. The staff was very friendly and the process of selling my belongings was quick and easy. The prices they pay for items are very fair and I live in Minneapolis but I will definitely make the drive to go back.

I received a fair offer for the jewelry I wanted to sell. I went to 2 other shops and the offers were 50 % less than the offer from Pawn Works. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend using Pawn Works for any items that you would want to sell.

okay so.. fantastic atmosphere. The store is clean and very organized and the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. I usually go to the pawn shops in bloomington but theyre always dirty and dont have nice stuff - this place really is the best

All staff members are great with there customer service skills. Lots of good prices and the store is clean organized very well. Its not jam pack and over packed. The text reminders for sales are nice to get. We dont shop at no other pawn store.
