I have been a customer for 13 years and pawned everything I had to get through school and pay for classes, books and bills which as a single mom with no family to help out in times of financial crisis, was difficult. Luckily I had two Pawn America lications I could go to both which had the friendliest and greatest staff. I went in with my kids every month to pay loans or buy items and everytime ( except maybe three) the staff ( most which were there a long time) treated us like friends, I feel lucky and blessed to have been able to work with them, Manager Marty -Duluth and Inver Grove lication, Ashley from Inver and Suburban , the skinny fun guy from Inver and the " Ford" guy at the Suburban location and many more, thank you for years of friendly, respectful service, you helped us survive and made our lives more fun, we looked forward to going in each time so thank you. I had a couple discussions with a district manager and never remember any positive assistance including being told he would send me a little something in the mail for the trouble I experienced once but nothing came so I would say that was a negative experience. We met the owner briefly and he took time to shake our hands and talk to us which we found exciting as he seemed like a tv personality we would never see in person so that was fun as well. As I will no longer be using Pawn America services ( dont be sad

My husband and I won $250.00 gift cards each for Pawn America for gifts for our 6 kids.We bought a tablet and laptop We had issues with so i called and was told bring them back and they would get us new ones to take back to our 2 kids that got them for Christmas. We were to bring them back and they would make it right for us but when we were going to go our van broke down i let them know we couldnt make it. Anthany Lee went out of his way driving 45 mins to bring us ones that were better. We are blessed that he did that for us. Anthany is an awesome guy to work with very nice, helpful, caring. Pawn America is an awesome place to go for things you want or need we will be going back for sure. Thank you everyone at Pawn America. We are Blessed.

I dont even want to give the Bloomington store a rating. The guys smell like pot and theyre very unprofessional and they surely dont give you a deal. Making that buck thats all they care about they dont want to give anybody a good deal its just not fair I will never never go to pawn America again you can quote me on that. I wanted to sell a kindle fire hd wifi 16gb and its refurbished. 3rd generation. And all she wanted to give me was just $40.00. And they would turn around and sell it for at least $80.00 or more Are you kidding me. Its brand new its never been programmed and my name is not even on it. By by.
