I went to the Pawn American in Robbinsdale after I found the Playstation I wanted online. Before I went, I made sure to call to see if it was still available and they told me to come in and they would have it for me. When I got there, Kim was so friendly and started looking for the console. Kim and Jeff couldnt find the one that I had in my cart online so they gave me the same model and Jeff the manager honored the price that was online. I also purchased a game and the six month warranty because they honored that price. Kim and Jeff went above and beyond and made my day! They provided great customer service, honored the price I found online and were so helpful and kind. I have never been to a Pawn America before, but now I know I will be back again to that same store. Thank you so much for the awesome and friendly service, you really did make my day! I had so much fun with my new Playstation that I stayed up too late playing it, but that is a good problem to have! Thank you Kim and Jeff, much appreciated!

ZERO STARS. Laptop would okay but iI have a feeling there are Some performance/hardware issues. I found some logs in f-12 with failures. Battery stress test was 40 percent lower than its potential. Based on the specs, the performance should be much better. There are fans but it gets hot way to fast. Power supply major fail. Cant charge battery at all because the charger they gave me, I discovered was quite finicky once I got home. Maybe its something in the wiring or in the charger itself possibly had some innternal hardware defect and it has now completely stopped working. I didnt sign up for this headache and have wasted valuable time. Now I have some major major catching up to do. After two days...With light use...its all going back. Couldnt even get through Windows set-up to get my work started. Definitely stay away from electronics.

I hadnt been to Pawn America for YEARS due to my last experience being super awkward (uptight techie people in white shirts, who had no time or patience to assist a newcomer). I returned this time because I was hoping for nice prices on DVDS. That I totally found, and more! The staff greeted me with sincere smiles. Kimberly Y. specifically checked me out. She was courteous, prompt, and professional. She even answered some random questions I had on laptops, for a future visit. This is definitely a gem of a place. Its clean, and has well kept displays and merchandise. Check it out, and witness the goodness for yourself! Ill definitely be returning...

ok, lets start out by saying that if i wanted to pay macys prices i would go there . they need to rember they are a pawn shop .if they pay a hundred dollers for something they think they can sell it for 3x that amount,and they can its there choice, but it is also our choice to go somewhere else . so if you want to over pay this is the place to shop . also its kind of funny that they removed the cd section lol it was the only good deals they had one doller per cd well not ant more . good luck there is a good pawn shop that will do deals the name of the place is the best pawn in st paul go there much better all the way around.

When aquiring information for service of a customer satisfactory youd want there is no place like Pawn America. Expect no limitations here (as long your items are in TOP CONDITION!) On how far theyd be willing to go to make sure you leave with quality purchases or if your selling item(s) large amounts of cash. Trust me Ive been coming here for years roughly two decades and Id have no other way then to either buy for this establishment or sell to with number hesitation. Conclusion to that being said dont feel like youll be cheapend here at all.

They straight up stole from me. I pawned my stuff and came back into the store to buy it back and they wouldnt let me because my paper work for my license was expired . EVEN THOUGH THE EMPLOYEE LOOKED AT IT when i made the initial pawn she HAD TO KNOW it was expired . They bought it knowing I wasnt gonna be able to buy it back. Thats illegal . Plus, the employee was extremely rude and disrespectful. You even sense a feeling of racism . I will get them sued. All ready talked to my lawyer today. Bottom line NEVER GO TO THIS STORE.

Trynese is amazing! Its nice to be able to pawn instead of using credit cards when you need a little extra money. Trynese is a beautiful, sweet soul. She is quick, she knows her business and can count money faster than Ive ever seen before! There are many locations closer to my home in the nw burbs but we drive to Robinsdale for Trynese. She has an infectious smile thats worth the drive! I would have left this review a long time ago but Im terrible at remembering names!

Wow what a fantastic young lady. Pawn America you all have a sales lady on your team now if you never had one before you got one now. While visiting your store and having Ricki help me shop, I felt comfortable, she has a calming voice that led me to spend about 3500.00 dollars. Of some of the finest jewelery in the store. And Ricki showed that she is just as kowlegable as any man could be about Tv_s, videos, and games what didnt she know? I will look for her again.

Great place!! Warm welcoming when I walked in. And a Mr Donaldson helped me with my needs as I was looking for a few items for my household. He was very knowledgeable and friendly!. Today I was assisted by a young man named Marquis, whom provided excellent customer service, humor and good sound advice on my transaction. Its also nice to see a team that works well together.
