(Breaking News to Everybody Please Read and be Aware) I had the most worst experience ever in my entire life. Going to a pawn shop at the Max it Pawn in fridley. I resently purchased a touch screen laptop there for more than $280 and some cents. I bring the laptop home 5 keys on the keyboard didnt work and the screen just went black out of no where. And the women there made me purchase a 6 month trade in if it breaks. Which she probably knew already and it was defective and they telling me I cant get my money back or store credit and the manager (Chris) told me he can cut me a deal but I still gotta give him money. I dont want no bribe for a deal I want my money or store credit not no bribe deal which made me do angry. And I have a really strong and big fan base across the web and social media and will make sure everybody I know. Knows that they sell broken items to you and laugh in your face knowingly they dont work. So if I were you never purchase anything from the Max It Pawn in Fridley MN. Bad Store, Bad Service, Bad Employees. This is just a start. They sold the wrong person broken stuff which is me and thought I was going to stay still. I fight for what I believe in. And I will make sure every social media outlets and Max It Pawn Corporate HQ Reaches there attention from fox9 to the star tribune articles about this place. P.S I hope I never get bribe for a deal again Im so appalled and effected by the whole situation.

Typical Sleazy pawn shop. Said they would take a return at time of purchase. Turns out to only be a store credit return which is BS. They never said anything about this at time of purchase. Typical bait and switch. They charged for a service protection plan when asked not to. Took advantage of my wife, They absolutely completely refused to return the product. I even explained to them that I am a regular customer and if they did not return this product for a cash refund that I would not be back in. They did not seem to care that I was upset, and would not be back in. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE EVER AGAIN. Ill write this off as a loss. Thanks alot max-it pawn I hope you lose alot of business over this.

I bought a laptop from them on Monday and had nothing but problems with it. I couldnt get the mouse to work or access the internet. I brought it back for my money back, because I was promised that if I had problems; they would return it. They never said it was in store credit only. I had no say and Chris never asked what Id like to be done. Instead he shoved an in store credit slip in my face and helped the person behind me. This is by far the worst experience Ive had with these guys. I will not be coming back.

The staff are excellent except Chris he comes off as a condescending smart ass. Thier pawn prices are crazy low. They lowball you constantly I brought in a laptop they would only give me 65 bucks for. Look it to pawn America they appraised it for 120. So if your looking to sell something take your business else where. But if your looking to purchase they got amazing prices. Which go hand in hand with how they lowball customers that bring items in.

Love love love this store. Good location and nice people. Clean store and easy to find products. Im not sure of everyone name but everyone who works there are very friendl and courteous. Ive been going to this store for years know because I HATE Pawn America. Max it Pawn has reasonable prices when buying or pawning. I travel all the way from Brooklyn Park to Fridley just to have good service. Keep up the good work Max it Pawn-Fridley!

Yeah I baught a stereo system from this place and 2 days later wanted to exchange it and the person I spoke with on the phone said the only way is if I baught some 6 month trade in fee, That nobody informed me about then the croook says hey you can bring it in and Ill by it back for half of what you baught it for SLIME !!!!!!!

I have to say the staff at max it pawn will take care of you. They blew pawn America out of the water with their costumer service. This is the only shop that will receive my money!!!!

Absolutely the worst pawn shop Ive been to wouldnt do an exchange because they never offerd a plan. Would highly recommend pawn America over these guys. DONT EVER SHOP THERE.
