DO NOT GO HERE! I was looking for an Apple Watch for my wife and called around to different stores to find it. The Bloomington Store had one and since I was coming from WI I asked if it was checked out & unlocked before I drove out there to get it, they informed me that it was gone through by there in-house specialist and was good to go. So I went and bought it and when I got home my wife tried to connect it to her phone and she couldnt because it was still connected to the previous owns iCloud account. I called the store and talked to the guy I bought it from and explained it to him and he told me he would have a manager check into it and get back to me. I never heard from a manager at all. So I called back again and was told they were doing inventory and that she would get back to me the next day. Never heard back. Before the warranty expired I went back and returned it, and when I got there I had to talk to the manager to return it and she told me that she was a new manager there and the old one didnt tell her anything about it. I informed her that I drove over 60 miles one way to return it and she told me I shouldnt have bought it in the first place if it was such an inconvenience. What a great new manager, She didnt offer to find one for me or check other stores to help me find one. I would have hated to see what the old manager was like if this one was better. I am writing this a week later because when I went and checked out my bank account I still havent received the money back that was supposedly returned into my account. So now I have to waste more time and go to my bank with the returned receipt and have them reverse the charges for fraud. Besides lying to me about checking it out and lying to me about the manager looking into it, they are also trying to steal from me! DO NOT GO HERE! I dont know if all there stores are like this but I wont be buying anything from any of there stores. All they had to do is try to contact the previous owner and ask them to remove it from there iCloud account. If they couldnt get ahold of them I wouldnt have been as upset, but the lack of even trying or caring at all doesnt work for me.

This is a great Pawn America with decent deals and decent cash on pawns. Andrea Aason, the pawnbroker, and Jared, the supervisor/manager, are particularly terrific employees. Ive been a customer of Andreas since her first day and in my opinion, yall got hooked up super fat with her. Shes a perfect example of a genuine, personable, super polite and well-mannered employee and it is a complete pleasure dealing with her each and every visit! Im serious. Ive been to many other Pawn America locations and Andrea is bar none the BEST pawnbroker Ive ever dealt with! Jared is a swell fella himself and i also love dealing with him. These 2 particular employees are, in my opinion, carrying the Pawn America name, especially at this Bloomington location. Thats not to say anything negative about the other employees here, its just that i come in to this store a couple times a month, more frequently at times, and Andrea and Jared treat me with dignity and respect each and every time i come in. I really, really appreciate being handled by an employee the way they do - Im treated like a valuable customer and a friend, just exactly the way i would hope to be treated at any establishment... They give me decent loan prices too, did i mention that? Ok, get these 2 very valuable employees a raise as soon as possible and if you can only give 1 raise, Andrea deserves a hookup - just like she hooks up this Pawn America location every time she graces it and its customers with her presence! Seriously.

Pawn America Bloomington the manager Yasmine would make an excuse for her disrespect but we live in a world where no one is going to continue to allow it. Everyone has to deal with the repercussions of the consequences of theyre actions., business people mindset should stay actively considering growth, prosperity and wittness, with a sincere ability to draw a continuous relationship in customer service, Without offensive behavior, Or public shame and disgrace. Never the less the pawn business is a hard place for many, never know the situation or the struggles life may bring, but So those in the business heads up for now. Because you never know.

Waste of time. Called ahead to see if they had playstation 2 controllers in stock and the lady on the phone said they sure did. I said I needed 2 of them and she assured me, if they didnt have them on the floor, they definitly had some in back. Came in 10 minutes later and after 20 minutes of her looking in back, she told me they were out. She offered to call another pawn america. Im sure the next pawn america would gladly say they had some aswell. Needless to say she could have taken just a little bit of time and actually looked, i may have had time to go elsewhere and get one. Never returning here.

The Bloomington location is a absolute joke. I would strongly discourage anyone from pawning or selling anything to this location, one day theyll accept something then the next they change there minds! Every unprofessional if anything this location should be closed theres nothing but ghetto dope heads working there half them smell like drugs I will never step foot into this pawn store an maybe never step into any other pawn american again this staff is every rude an unprofessional next time Ill go to the good old ma an pa pawn stores

I asked the lady what they would give me for a kindle fire wifi 16gb and she told me $45.00 well thats not fair because on eBay I can get up to $89.99 for it. I see its all about making money there. They dont ever want to give a person a good deal ever. I will never go there again. I get so sick and tired of seeing the owner in commercials saying we by gold over and over. This is how they rip people off. They see us needing money so bad for a bill or mortgage or whatever and they dont care about us.

Worst experience ever seen a external CD drive for a computer was 30 asked there was any codes and a power cord for it took about 5 min to come back out told me no but they could lower the price to 20 looked on the internet the cheapest power cord was 60 and the cheapest hookup cord was 31 then found the complete device online new in box for 58 check the stuff you buy from there I go to alot of pawn Americas and this is the by far the worst in quality of the merchandise is ever seen straight up junk

I was in the store today to take care of a interest payment and I had the pleasure of working with Andrea. My experience has always been pleasant when being helped by her, so I thought I would take the time today to let the store know that I appreciate her professionalism in a timely manner! And I always go out of my way to come to this location because I enjoy the staff here. They even called me when my loan was due to help me out!
