What a horrible expierence! My boyfriend and I bought these subs from these guys for a friend, when purchasing the subs the person did not test them before selling them to us. In my opinion I believe for quality reasons stores should ask to test them even when the customer doesnt request one, but because of us trying to return them due to them not being needed anymore, the worker Jordan accused my boyfriend and I of breaking one of the speakers when in all reality we had no knowledge of the fault of said subs. We simply wanted to buy them for a friend but they already got brand new subs from another so we were just trying to return them,I realize that pawn shops wouldnt buy back 100% but the accusations and blame was not how customer service works. I wouldnt recommend.

Whoever wrote that the guys running this shop are dishonest or provide bad service is clearly mentally challenged or has suffered some sort of traumatic brain injury. These guys are probably some of the nicest and most honest people Ive ever worked with at a Pawn Shop. Not only does this Pawn shop offer - by far - the best prices of any Pawn Shop Ive seen, but they seem to take a personal interest in customers and are very polite and professional. Highest possible recommendation.

This place is one of a kind. Jordan, Jon, Kyle and Adam are all awesome guys that are always willing to help, they are knowledgeable and respectable people. Have been going here for months and havent felt as if i was ripped off once, they are fair and accurate with their pricing for selling/loaning items. Havent been to another pawn shop since i found this place! Highly recommended!

Stopped in here the other day looking for pawn shops. And yes it is a pawn shop. But they do not have a store front. Its a very different kinda place but the owner seems like a decent guy and was easy to make conversation with. I dont ever sell at pawn shops but i liked this guy enough i would probably go out of my way to sell to him.

Everytime I come here when they are supposed to be open at 10 a.m. they are never there. Just this morning I sat and waited until 10:15 a.m. and still nobody showed up. If your sign says you open at 10 you should probably open at 10. Only place I know that always opens late.

The guy helping me was incredibly rude the whole 5min I was there. I couldnt take it anymore, so I left. You cant ridicule someone for asking or answering questions. Incredibly unprofessional and I will be sure to never do business with anyone from here.

Ill only stop at this pawn shop. The guys that work there are all super friendly and are always fair with prices on loans. Dont stop in if youre expecting a store-front to shop around in. They do all of their selling on eBay and Craigslist I believe.

Wanted to get a loan out on an item of mine and they wouldnt give me much for it so I went to pawn america down the road and got triple of what this joke shop offered me. My tip is dont go here he sells the stuff on ebay and you could do that yourself.
