My fiancé and I have been going to the payday America part for months! We loved it so much! Today we went there for another loan. She walked in showed we paid it back. Now because a new policy we have to wait 4 days. What this means. My bank account is negative. One of us will not be able to go to work cause we need gas in our car. We wont be able to do anything because of this! The last time we went there to get a loan there was no mention of this policy! They just changed the policy. When asked for the reason in change of policy the woman behind the counter said it was due to collection issues. Pawn America and Payday America! A little tip for you! Dont punish the good customers who follow your rules! We made you apart of our budget because we had to and we trusted you. This is very sad!

They showed me a mobile phone. They said it was locked but t mobile could unlock it for me, and if they couldnt I had 60 days to return it. Well t mobile couldnt, and another place couldnt; so two hours later I returned. All they said was sorry no returns,.......l!!!!! But they bought it back for 40.00 less. This place is a scam shop.....be real sure of ur purchase and dont accept possibly damaged equipment......they nglected the fact that the phone was permanently locked, and were all to willing to comfort me with a non existant return policy. Consumer beware!!!!

Pawn America in Anoka is amazing. I have sold and pawned many things. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Great crew!! Carl has helpeded me many times and is very professional and helps me to the fullestest. Excellent worker. Give him a raise!! He is the bomb!! This is the best Pawn America , They sold us a computer online that was locked , We came out here and they felt so bad , they helped us out and worked with us , they got it to almost reset , But it didn’t work so he sold us a laptop with a higher price just to make us happy ❤️ Come here and you won’t be upset ❤️ S/o To Pat and Jacob

I not only was seen very quickly with a great attitude and a smile, Daniel Barberio saved me 30$ on an item that had been in stock too long. Some people wouldnt have said anything g and pocketed the cash, not Daniel. He is a man of God and a good man at that. Tha m you Daniel you have earned a customer for life!

Most of my Trips there have been great!! But one time, I returned DVD set. Because they told me I could. I got the next season, of the same show. The guy there exclaimed"This aint a damn rental store". But their own employee told me I could? That one time, tainted my view of this place.

I come here to get dvds and 3 out of the last 4 times ive been here i stand at the counter waiting to pay for 15 mins without even being acknowledged. So ridiculous and rude. The only star is because the movies are cheap.

Ive only had good experiences here, they have friendly staff. The prices are a little high for a pawn shop, and they dont pay as well if you are trying to pawn something, so for that I would go somewhere else.

Decent staff and selection of stuff. Prices are a bit high on most things (as with any P.A.), but managers can haggle a bit. If you window shop there frequently, you will find good deals once in a while.
