I have visited pawn america store in the past. from other locations. But for the last week I have had such a awesome experience at this Roseville location until as I just said I found myself had come in several times this week alone. And resin being is because each and every employee was very polite and made sure I was completely satisfied I had the pleasure of meeting the store manager. a gentle man by the name Mike. And immediately if not sooner I was able to see why the other employees was so much very so insink. cuz this gentleman Mike hes a great impact on each employee. I tell u this manager was very polite very professional courteous and I was also able to witness how hard and loyal he worked to assist other customers other than myself. this guy multitask. around that store and I never seen any one person handle so much at once. you would have thought he was just a regular employee. because Ive seen a lot of managers in my day. ones that would just instruct employees to do certain duties. but this Manager Mike was doing practically everything from assuring clustered to back and forth. And he was so calm cool and very collective. frankly speaking on a scale of 1 to. 10. I rate this gentle a 20. Mike thank u sir. I too my hat to u sir and we need more people in management just like u sir. I Wil be back to shop again and I will most certainly recommend your store this location in Roseville to all my family and friends.

I had applied here after the store opened looking for a job. I was recently out of the work force because I was a stay at home mom with my 1.5 year old son. I figured this would be a good place for me to start again. I had retail experience since I was 14 working at a grocery store for 8 years. I had resigned from there to start school and realizing I couldnt go any further where I was. I meet with the store manager for an interview, filled out a questionaire/personality test. I thought everything was going good. Apparently I didnt pass the test which disqualified me for the position, which I was fine with. The store manager then goes on to tell me I will have a very hard time finding a job because I am a new mom with no previous year work history. ???? What? I was very shocked that me being a mom and deciding to care for my son while my Husband worked was an issue for Pawn America. I called the corporate number and his boss was no help and didnt show any sympathy for the way his Store Manager treated me. I felt discriminated against because I had a child. I have no criminal/driving record or I have never been fired from any previous employment. I went to this store recently and I felt the employees were not happy to be working for Pawn America. Im glad I didnt get a job offer.

I usually buy broken Laptops and some electronics at this place and I have usually been helped by one of the sale associates by the name of Nataya Cornellous. She has great passion and the expertise in good customer service. The way she talks to a customer makes me want to always stop by to buy something. I once left my phone number with her and ask that she or any sale associate give me a call when they have some broken Laptops for sale. I was greatly surprised that she didnt misplace my number, and she always calls and leaves a voice message if they have some broken Laptops for sale. Not many sale associates will be willing to do this in the interest of the business that is not theirs. She leaves me with a sense of obligation for such a review. Now Pawn America on Rice St.in Roseville is my best one in the whole of MN so far until I can see one better that it. I really dont have a problem with their products. As they are not new, they might work for u forever or some short times. I am a handle man so buying use products I know exactly what Im getting into I can never give a poor rating to any shop for used products. I have never had a problem with any products that I bought from them.

Horrible!!! I have done buisness here a few times only because they are close to my job. The employees are completely unprofessional! One day I went in and the line was out the door. After a few people started complaining the employees went on to laugh and purposely go even slower! Then they picked who they would assist from the line! One employee was even wearing sun glasses! The employees working the sales floor were riding on a scooter that was for sale! This place is complete trash! Even though I have spent A TON on pawn payments and buying my items back they will never get another dime from me! I will gladly drive an extra 10 miles just to make sure of that!

I find great stuff to buy here everytime I visit. Awesome merchandise comes in daily. Management is very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous & helped me as soon as I needed it. I have had a great experience every time I enter their store. I also receive excellent customer service, ppl greet & ask if I need any help. Your prices are very affordable & competitive. This place is awesome! I have referred all my friends & family here.( I have many). I love their .99 DVD movie sale, blue rays are an awesome price too. Keep up the good work Pawn America. Wish I could give you 10 stars. My wife loves your store also & will be posting a review.

Absolutely terrible service!!! Employees were very very rude! manager was even more rude then the employees! Got there and to the door to use there services at 7:45pm (closing time is 8:00pm) and they turned my business away and had the store closed at 7:45pm. There excuse for turning my business down was because they said that they just had an end of the day rush and didnt want to potentially have another rush happen so close to the end of the night. So they closed 15 minutes early because they didnt want to do there job anymore tonight. Corporate will be contacted in the morning with this complaint!!!!

Erica F. The assistant manager at Pawn America in Roseville, MN, went beyond what I expect from a sales associate. I had many questions on several items for sale and she didnt know all the answers but the answers she didnt know herself she went and found the answer for example I wanted to know the amount of a gift card was $50 selling for $40? She used her own cell phone and called the store to verify the gift card amount. Excellent customer service and informative employee/manager. 1st visit to PAWN AMERICA today worked with ALEX who very simply explained the pawn process to me and offered a super fair amount for the 14K necklace I brought to pawn (as I did not want to sell it). I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was and how kind, prompt and professional all of the associates were. Highly & definitely recommend to all. Bring a state issued I.D. and the item(s) you would like to pawn. What an excellent experience and MUCH more reasonable than any crazy auto title loan ..THANK YOU ALEX & THE PAWN AMERICA TEAM ! :D
