My experience at the Pawn America in Inver Grove Heights was great! I live in Saint Paul near the Midway location, and I must say the extra 15 minutes spent in gas and time was well worth it. I was in search of a newer TV for my living room. First of all the parking was right outside the door which is awesome when youre buying something of larger variety. The greeting I received was warm and welcoming. The store was very clean and organized. Tercell did a great job in explaining the benefits of the TV I was interested in. He also was able to inform me of what my older TV was lacking, and why itd be a good time to make a change. At no time did I feel pressured, or rush to make something happen. When I told Tercell I was looking to trade in my old TV him and another associate by the name of Bobby, if memory serves correct, carried it from my car to the appraisal section of the store. I explained to Tercell what I was hoping to get, and he felt like he could possibly get me more for my TV. This blew me away because youre so use to pawn shops low balling you on the merchandise you bring in for cash. Needless to say the customer service exceeded my expectations. I was in the store for about 40 minutes from start to finish. I walked out with a 55in Sony Bravia for the fraction of the cost of a new one. I strongly recommend this Pawn America. Thank you for the great customer experience. Ill be back.

Worst pawn America ever.all pawn Americas cheat you out your money.Also half the employees here have no idea what they selling.How are you selling something but you have no clue what it is?I was sold a controller here that I assumed was a modded controller.Guess what the thing was broken didnt even have the adapter it needed to be hooked up to my system.I go back the manager tried to get smart I told her "Either you gone give me my money or Ima take it.1 or thee other plain and simple.she gave me my money.then I went looking for something asked a older lady for it she didnt know English....How do you hire someone who doesnt know English?This is America not Mexico!You need to know English before you get a job dealing with people whom predominantly speak English.If I could give this place five thumbs down I wouldnt hesitate.

Our experiences at Inver Grove Heights Pawn America have been such great experiences! My family and I say this because of a little lady who works there named Wendy. She works out of the Inver Grove Heights location & she has made my family & I so happy with the way she simply treats us that we have recommended her and that store to a lot of our friends and family. Wendy is very kind & extremely knowledgeable. After our 1st experience with her, Pawn America is the 1st place we go when it comes to shopping. We go there 1st even over Target or a shopping mall. Please hire more people similar to her and I can guarantee you that will make people want to visit and shop over and over at a place of business.

I venture to this Pawn America more than any other because it is easy to get to on my ventures out of my home. The building is spacious and today I discovered they remodeled a bit. I often go there to look at movies or games. I give this place 3 stars because their Movies and Games are a nightmare to search through. They should put them in with the spines facing out to search through the racks better. Also, staff is okay with their customer service and I know they deal with some less than polite customers, but a greeting with a smile and asking if I need help would be pleasant. If these two things were changed, I would give this location 5 stars.

I visited the Pawn America in Inver Grove Heights with the expectation of making a purchase. I then met an extremely rude woman who seemed to be the manager. She pretty much told me she didnt care if I purchased anything and had the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Hoping to get some help and answers, I waited in line to talk to an employee named Marcellus. He provided me with answers and excellent customer service. Honestly, one of the best employees Ive ever met. I made the purchase and so far I am very pleased with my experience. Thanks for your exceptional customer service and friendly attitude Marcellus.

I only gave this place one star because I couldnt give it zero! I stopped in Saturday to look at lawnmowers it took over 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence and that was only because I walked over to the jewelry counter where the salesman was chatting it up with a co worker. Once someone finally came over the guy knew absolutely nothing! He told me the tags were old, the lawnmowers dont even work but you can get a warranty on them. How do you get a warranty on something that is broken?? He was really short with me and generally seemed uninterested in even helping me. Worst location ever!!

I love the invergrove heights pawn america i will go out of my way to go here but ever since they hired this new girk she is rude, disrespectful, entitled so quick to jump to the gun she tried to cut me off before i was done with what all i wanted to sell and i had to ask to be seen by someone else because i could not stand her rotten dirty attitude and tone. Literally we walk into the door and turn right back around and leave when shes working. Id rather go into the bums of the ghetto where im likely to get shot 10 times within a 3 foot span than go here while shes working.

We went to look for some XBox games and ran across a iPad Pro. We got help by a guy named Marcelus Ifonlaja and he was amazing. He helped us and was so sweet to my mother and I. He was patient and very sweet, not like others that just quickly check out your stuff so that you can leave and they can move on to the next. I did notice that other workers were not being coprative with him as he was trying to help us. This man definitely needs something done to him. A raise, a promotional, SOMETHING. But he is great and YOU are very lucky to have him, so give him what he deserves.

Nice store! I was very surprised at how clean and organized this store was compared to other stores Ive been in. The staff was super attentive and there were plenty on board to help. The selection of goods was great too!! Loved that they had a collection of sneakers as I am a collector! Everyone seemed happy to be there especially one named. Morgan! She was very knowledgeable and upbeat and went out of her way to help me! Thank you for a great experience, I will recommend your store to friends and family.

I purchased a saws-all from this location and it has been a great product at a reasonable price. The associate that helped me was named Ivan. He was a very knowledgeable in the products in which I was looking for. He was a very outgoing, energetic and had a very positive attitude. Im very happy with my purchase and the help and service he provided. I will definitely continue to purchase items at this location. I would recommend to anyone to check out. It was a great atmosphere along with a great experience.
