Let me start by saying I have been here before and the regular staff is usually helpful and friendly, but I had an awful experience with "The manager" and I have to share my story... I sold a very large collection of DVDs here, including a Battle Star Galactica DVD set that was not mine. It was my cousins. I didnt realise it was his until after I had sold the DVDs. When I went back to purchase the set and explain the situation, they said I have to wait 30 days before anyone can touch it, just in case it is stolen. I thought that was fair enough. Laws are laws... Before the month passes my cousin gets involved, rightfully so, they are his DVDs. He contacts the police about being able to retrieve the DVDs. This all makes sense. We just want the DVDs back. Well when he arrives with the officer they print out a receipt for the officer and let my cousin go through what I brought in and they cant find his set. My cousin is upset. He thinks Ive lied about selling his DVDs. He calls me immediately and I come on over to sort this out. By the time I get there the officer has left. We wait to be helped again and I start by asking about the set, they tell me its not there. They refused to look again and refused to print me a copy of the receipt from our transaction. The manager brings up the cameras they have in house. He chimes in with "Those will show you he never brought that in" Immediately calling me a liar and refusing to address me even though Im standing right there, but I bite.. I ask if we can watch it. Nope. He says "The police can if you decide to press charges" ... PRESS CHARGES OVER A BATTLE STAR GALACTICA DVD BOX SET ... "Honestly I think you should if he is going to come in here and lie about it" ... Unfortunately my cousin buys into this bullshit. We argue. I walk out and tell him Ill buy him a new one and he can press charges if he likes. An hour after we both left they call and tell my cousin they found his DVDs... The manager of this place set to turning family against each other instead of trying to work this out with us. So I Implore you... Go to maX it pawn, Go to Pawn America. Go anywhere but here if you want to sell something and not risk being called a thief. Thank you for reading.

I am sure if you are buying it is a great place not if you are looking to get cash for old or unwanted items phones speakers video games ect. i took in a lg nd5630 Bluetooth-able wireless speaker system brand new still in box and was told he could go as high as 30$ on it and should not even go that high..... then when i am hard up for money because i need to do car repairs i took in a i phone 4 and a i phone 6 and got told they are trying to steer away from phones -_- i am not going to visit this place again not to mention their parking lot is filthy not a very good establishment =C

Big goofy native dude told me my jewelery was fake. This inexperienced goofy using a wond with a battery instead of jewelry loop. Then talked trash on top of it. Took my jewely to west seventh and got double the money & real customer service. Never darken that door of bestpawn steps again. West seventh and pawn america on Hudson Rd is alot better. This pawn shop is to ghetto & rude! Best pawn can be your worst pawn.!!

Dude behind the counter was a douche.. I wanted to buy some rims and tires and he neglected to let me see the other 3 wheels said they looked exactly like theothers, buy them and you can see them. Well Im not buying anything without looking at them first.. so I left without purchase but if thats the way the treat potential customers then I wont step in that store again.

I was a 1st time seller today. I price shopped at 2 different shops. Best Pawn gave me a better than anticipated price for my ring & slightly higher amount for my scrap gold. A competitor gave me a much higher price for a fine custom piece. It was worth the drive to price shop. Service was friendly & courteous. I would sell here again.

Ive been to Best Pawn a few times to buy electronics and jewelry and the staff is very knowledgeable. I definitely got a great deal on my purchased items and I will be bringing some items to sell for sure! Jeff helped me and he is awesome.
