Hello, my name is Yelena. I just want everyone to know about extremely bad service that was provided to me at the Quick fix computer and phone repair that is located at Northtown mall . I had to replace the screen and screen protector by the person who claimed to be the owner. After he repaired it I came home and realized that I am unable to use my phone ( the screen lost the sensitivity and I was unable to use the touch screen). I came back the next day . He replaced the screen protector for me and was very unhappy about it( told me that he usually do not do it). The very next day I have noticed that there was a brown spot on the screen . I wend back to him , he said that it has nothing to do with his service. Well, I went to T-mobile personnel and they told me that spot appeared to be from pressing too hard on the surface of the phone.. I came back to Quick fix and told him about it , he completely refuse to help me and was very rude and loud about it. Plus when I ask him to give me his business card, he would not give it to me. I have never experience such a bad and disrespectful service. I have to bring my phone to replace everything to the other company now and I am not sure how much it is going to cost me. I think everyone should know about it. Yelena.

After Northtown shut down Old Chicago to build ANOTHER jump park, I wont be shopping there anymore. A man tried to get in my car while I was in it after following me out of LA Fitness. Mall security was more concerned about the incident than Blaine PD - they dismissed me without getting a statement. There is a lot of crime in the area. 11.9% of Blaine police calls are to the mall. Half the mall is empty. I can go to Riverdale or Maple Grove for better shopping and feel much safer. Northtown is well on its way to becoming Brookdale. Old Chicago was the only dining this area had going for it. There is already a jump park in the old Circuit City store across from Home Depot. Why does a bedroom community with an aging population need TWO jump parks? Northtown management made a bad business decision when they didnt renew Old Chicagos lease. You dont sut down an establishment with a great following and good reputation after 17 years for a bandwagon trend that too many people have already jumped on (pun intended) I wont be back to Northtown.

Actually my experience was closer to a 5, but I gave 4 stars because I had a hard time finding what I actually wanted to come here for, which was a quick bite at Osaka, in the food court. I found Osaka on Google Maps & was in the area, needed to eat. Followed directions here, but couldnt see any signs that Osaka was here, was confused. So better signage would really help. I truly enjoyed my quick bite at Osaka & will come back. The employees are really nice. Had a lovely chat with them while they were preparing my food. I got the chicken teriyaki. Very good & so quick to prepare! I enjoyed meandering around the mall to several stores & window shopped, got some clever ideas. Ill bee back here in the future.

I visited Northtown for the first time yesterday. It is OK only. The saving graces are Best Buy and Express...otherwise, I would have to pass and go to Rosedale or Ridgedale. It actually surprises me that those two stores are here...it doesnt feel like they should be. Ive come across smaller malls in smaller towns where I feel like theyre more fun to be at than here...and I dont have that feeling that my car is going to get broken into while in the mall. Not the malls fault, but I do wish the Express would have a nicer looking store. They moved into the former Gap when Hobby Lobby opened, and the hardwood floors in there are so scuffed up, the store almost looks "temporary".

Just finished the Easter Bunny yesterday and again had an amazing experience!! They take the best pictures and provide high quality visits. We have been visiting Santa and the Easter bunny every year since my 5 year old son was a newborn and have had nothing but the best experiences each and every time. I can not say enough positive things about my experience and look forward to many more holiday visits with my oldest and soon to be second born son.

TL;DR Northtown has been here for a while and it has your big chains. Northtown mall has a variety of small speciality shops for hats, prom cloths, and such but these smaller stores tend to change frequently. The only real consistency are the larger retail store like Best Buy and Burlington. It has a decent food court and many people will so in during their lunch break. Mall security is helpful and proactive which is always reassuring.

Had somewhat of a disturbing experience at the food court. A few people in suits, one holding their shoes, along with an employee were crowded right behind my table as I was trying to eat at the food court. It made me a little uncomfortable not the mention the food wasnt much worth it. However I love the ragstock and Just 10. Everything is $10! Had a good experience at Lids, the employees were interactive and friendly.

Some stores have closed down over the years but my kids still enjoy the time they have there. We love the animal ride vendor there. My kids are special so riding around together on the animal ride makes them feel secure. My kids are able to explore the whole mall on the ride. I would definitely say that if you bring your kids there then check out the animal rides!

This mall is very nice and clean. Decent variety of stores although Im sure it doesnt compare to Mall of America. I received wonderful customer service at EVERY store I went into. Also the bathrooms have enough space to comfortably move around other people. They also smell fresh and had paper towel and soap dispensers that were stocked and fully functioning.

While a lot of malls now have outside entrances to each store, this is an inside mall. Its modern, clean and bright. I like the food court, which has a variety of restaurants. There are plenty of places to sit and visit with friends. Kids can ride around on mechanical animals, other merry go around rides, a pet store. A fun place to bring your grandkids.

I like the variety of shops here. Plenty of parking even when it is busy. The parking lot design was poorly done though. Can be a real zoo depending on the time of year, seems like kids can run around and do whatever they want. Food court can be ridiculously slow unfortunately.

This is a nice, small family mall. The improvements they have made over the last 7 years has completely changed it. This used to be a ghost mall with no good stores and shady people. Now its clean, lively with a good selection of stores.
