I was looking for rope caulk so I went to paint dept.thinking all caulk was kept there couldnt find any so I asked girl working she didnt know what I was talking about so she asked guy with brown hair and beard working behind paint counter, he immediately said we dont carry that, I said i bet somewhere in this store is rope caulk right away he we dont it its really hard to get, I just looked at him and said what ever. Found rope caulk in the door dept.i knew ya had it.

Just spent a half an hour looking at grills waiting for an employee to at least come near enough to flag down... One never looked ny direction or came within 50 feet of me. Now I have a crabby toddler and theres no way Ill be able to even go somewhere else. Grills are heavy, theres no way for a single person to lift a box by themselves. Pay more attention to your customers! Wont be shopping Menards any time soon!

They cant seem to keep a correct inventory. 3 times that we have purchased items and they did not have any in their lumber yard. I would think that in this computer age world it would be simple to have accurate inventory numbers. The woman at the return desk today was a pretty unpleasant individual. Just do not like this location at all. I will drive the extra distance to another location to avoid the hassle.

It took just one kind smile and hello from Albert before he offered to help myself with two young children get the items we needed from the store. He didnt just simply answer my questions. He went the extra mile to walk me to each and every item. He changed what could have been a tantrum experience to a happy one. What a gift he is to this store. Thank you!

We purchased a gazebo that required assembly. Half way through the installation, we discovered that one critical part was missing. The guys in hardware after discovering that they had no inventory in stock, agreed to disassemble their store model and exchange the part. That gesture was over and above what I expected. Thank you!

Went and picked up what was advertised as a "dented" refrigerator. Turned out to be a used refrigerator. With the food remains still sitting in the bottom of the drawers, and missing components. False advertisement, and lack of inspection before restocking item? Terrible business practices.

Its still a newer location that seems to have trouble keeping staff for long periods. Mostly young staff, so if you want answers in construction dont expect too much from here, there just as bad as Home Crappo. Overall they are getting better though

The best place around for home supplies. Their lumber selection is much better and cheaper than lowes or home depot. Special ordering materials is usually a pain at other Menards but here its quick and easy.

Good store, well kept. Could use more cashiers at peak times and need to better watch pricing as Ive found several times what was at the register and what was on the shelf didnt match at this store.

They have a pushy salesperson trying to sell satellite television in the back of the store. Makes me want to avoid going here, who wants to deal with that while shopping at menards.

Its right off of hwy 65- people drive crazy in that part of town and typically it can be a cluster during rush hour. Dont ever go than.
