Always a helpful face and the store is always decently staffed. The only constructive criticism I would give the store is they offer gimmicky bait and switch items for seemingly low dollar services. For example; "free water tests" and "free small home safety device" if you mail in the form. So, I figured with things such as the water test, I would get some results back via mail and then they could recommend some product or service to buy through them to remedy the issue. Instead, some third party company uses it as a gimmick to get into your home and try to sell you unrelated items. Wtf home depot?! I love your products, specialists, receipt surveys, low prices, etc...but instead of offering these gimmicks during a time the water quality is real, why not guide the customer by demonstrating the real need and then offering the service that works for them and make some cash, instead of over-staying your welcome and alienating the client base by sleezy sales tactics. Note: Home Depot pros have installed my roof and windows. Lows

I frequent this Home Depot on a weekly basis. I will not go to Menards, Lowes, etc since the customer care level is SO MUCH better at this Home Depot. I have gone in so many times with an idea or needing help and left having talked to an employee who figured out my problem for me. I have purchased a lot of stuff from this Home Depot and never left the store upset. Once I waited in line for a few minuets and they took off 10% since I waited a while. I rarely write reviews, and never write positive ones...So this is a first for me. Keep up the good work!

4 ☆s because one thing I find uncomfortable is I carry an over shoulder bag as it covers my MOMMY TUMMY ÷() YET VERY OBVIOUS IM BEING WATCHED AS IF IM STEALING , SO OF COURSE They have always been very helpfull, courtious AS THERE ALWAYS BEHIND ME A COUPLE STEPS LOL... OR when wrking another area if they dont know about an item im looking for they have most times been able to find out or have found someone whom does.

I have bought several appliances here and have been impressed each time with the products and the employees who helped with the purchase and delivery. Today I was having difficulty finding several items and an employee named Lonnie stopped what he was doing and patiently helped me find the items. He was pleasant and made me feel helping me was the most important thing he would do that day. I will shop there again!

Went to get a hood vent that I saw online. It was not advertised "online only". Disappointed to get all the way there and they dont carry it in store. Had to get one that was more expensive. Needed one today. Considered going to the competitor but didnt want to do a bunch of running around.

Love Home Depot. I have spent alot of money in the tool and wood section. I always seem to get the help I need from a gentleman named Dave/David... Its one of them names. The guy always goes out of his way to get the correct tools or make sure im getting the correct cuts on my boards!

My experience was over the phone with a home/garden associate. She new exactly what I needed and the size of bag, with the purchase price right then and there. Very impressed with her level of knowledge. Her name was Linda if I recall right.

NEVER GOING BACK. It will be best to go down the road to Menards, Better prices there too. In past I go to Home Depot cause of better service, but this case it is not the same. I was dealing with Brian and not happy at all.

There is a older retired electrician that works in electrical Dep. Super kind and helpful! I dont ever leave reviews. Its rare to have been given this level of service. Great guy!

I love Home Depot on the southside. Very helpful and friendly. When you ask someone a question and they dont have the answer they will find someone who does. Store seems clean.

The plumbing department is useless. The specialist never comes when called for help, and the others are useless in regards to helping me. What a waste of my time.

Not a great hardware store if you need to have wood cut down to size. If the store makes a mistake on the cut, you still get to buy.
