I come in here all the time because of the pokestops at Serums. The salesman is always very friendly and the prices are good. Today I brought in my mini-Rottweiler to work on training him in public. (We just discovered he can sense my seizures before I can, and are trying to get him to pass all of the tests to get his service dog card.) My dog has a short attention span when confronted with new smells, (He LOOOOVES smells, which is why this is a great job for him.) such as in a tobacco shop, so he wasnt holding at "down" for the first few minutes, but the salesman was very kind and understanding while I worked with my dog. He didnt have to let us in to his business to practice, and could have asked us to leave. But he saw what I was trying to do, and let in a 65lb dog in anyway! I have always liked the store, but now I love it! Thanks for your help, guys!

Went in four times and each time got worse first two times I knew what I wanted in out, the last two times bad then worse I just got a E Cig from there and this young kid tried to sell me the most expensive one in store said that I know that there is one in my price range finally got one come to find out it was twice the price as the online company offers everything in the store is over priced this last time I stopped in with a buddy the girl who was working had both my buddy and I she was high on Meth

I have been a supporter of all branches of Smokedale tobacco for a few years now. I came here all the time before the Anoka glass ban, which is really killing the store. This is still a great store for tobacco products, but I never have a reason to go here anymore. Great service and nice people. Nice area.

Im at the Anoka location and was supposed to open at 10:00am. You have customers waiting on some employee that does not want our business?? Get someone in there that wants to work!!! This is totally unacceptable. It is now 10:15 and still waiting
