I have been going to this smoke shop for about a year. The customer service is outstanding! I Am writing this review because if a visit I had to the smoke shop in the summer of 2015. I had a big weekend planed. I was going out of town with some friends and I realized at the last minute that I didnt have enough tubes to roll smokes. When I got there they had already closed. I went up to the door to check the business hours and Mike came to the door and asked me what was up. I explained and he let me in to purchase my tubes. I was about to check out and reached for my wallet and realized I had given my debit card to my girlfriend. I was already so appreciative for him letting me in after he closed, I said well I will have to pick some up tomorrow some were. He said dont worry about it just take um and hit me up when you get back to town. I was floored. I did not feel comfortable doing that, I felt like I was taking advantage. But he said dude its like3 bucks. If I never see you again. Im only out 3 dollars just take it and hit me up later. I still was unsure, i have never been treated so nice at any business. He saw I was unsure he grabbed the tubes walked around the counter and said here you got a long weekend take an energy drink and handed me a monster!!!!. I was so beside my self. But he made me feel like he was just an old friend helping me out. Needless to say I came back and payed the bill. He wouldnt let me pay for the monster LOL. As long as I am with in 30min of this store I will only come here for my nicotine needs or to just b.s. with the guys. Not only the best smoke shop in the state. But the best business I have ever been to. If only this kind of customer service existed every were. Thank you.... You have a loyal customer here.

Honestly, this place will make you very uncomfortable before you even walk through the door!! The people who work there are, basically, criminals. They hit on every single woman that goes there and seem to bring you down when you dont approve of what theyre doing. (mike is the worst!) As far as service goes, they treat you like they own you, like youre just a piece. I think they seem to forget the fact that YOURE the customer and you should leave satisfied, not like youve just been molested in front of youre family. The other thing that makes this store even worse is the fact that there is constantly kids hanging around the place, like its their hangout spot. This is probably due to the INCENSE / K2 THAT THEY SELL THERE!!! Like I said, they are a bunch of CRIMINALS that treat their product (incense) like a black market. This is, by far, the worst smoke shop Ive ever been to and would strongly urge others not to go here unless you feel like being harassed, several times.

Dont send your wife or your daughters into this shop! Ive been in this shop three times. The first time my husband and I were in there the two guys working in the shop were discussing getting a BJ from some "ho" *loudly*. My husband told them to knock it off. They apologized and we ended up leaving. The second time I was asked what a "cougar" was doing loose in Elk River. I wasnt called Miss, Maam, etc. I was called "Honey" and "baby" enough times to make me nauseous. Still, I tried one more time and that time, not only was it a repeat of the last time I was in by myself, but then they tried to shake me down for "tips". I asked if they report and pay taxes on their tips and the guy in charge laughed and and demanded a tip again. I left the ecig juice on the counter and walked out. Theyre slimey and most women I speak with have shared a similar experience. Gross.

I was recommended to go to this shop to buy a ecig CHARGER thats all...as always i was asked for an ID so I have them my military id they told me it was not valid due to the fact that it was hard for them to read it...so I have them my DL which was only the yellow paper cuz I just applied for the new one which they also didnt except because they said that was not valid. After that I became upset and said all I need is a charger not any nicotine products and asked to see there policy and he said no and became aggressive and told me to leave when I asked why he became way more aggressive and continued to tell me to get out.. When I finally did I was followed by who supposedly was his brother and he told me to keep talking and threatened to fight me...I have served in the military 3yrs and never been treated like this most people dont even question my age when they see it

The second I walked in the guy snapped at me to let him see my ID. I quickly took it out and handed it to him. I simply asked where the e cig fluid was and he said extremely snotty like, "woah Eleesha, you need to treat me with respect "... and pointed to the fluid. Um NO. This is your job and im a paying customer. He should be treating me with respect. I walked up to the counter and the same guy says to his coworker behind the counter "YOU can help her", like he was completely pawning me off on him as if I was disgusting. Ive never been treated with so much disrespect before. I am a very nice person and try to be as friendly as possible. I didnt have an attitude or anything. I will definitely NEVER be going to this smoke shop EVER again.

Great place! I get my e-cigs and everything I need to use them. Very helpful Staff! They spend time helping me with all my questions, and even allowed me to trade in two different batteries for new ones. There were nothing wrong with the batteries, they simply didnt work to my personal specifications. I tried completely different types, but in the long run, I preferred the type that I had been using in the past. They were very helpful when I brought the other ones back the next day with the receipt, and picked out the best of the type that I preferred. Now, nearly a month later, I am extremely happy with that third purchase I made. Kudos to all of the staff at Smokes 4 Less!

My experience was nothing short of MAGICAL! i walked in and was immediately greeted by a very friendly man who looked me in the eyes and introduced him self as christopher robin. He told me he would not be able to help me with what i needed and sent me across the street to radio shack. Radio shack could not help me either so i went back to the e cigg store. Prepared to spend $80. He saw me walk in and knew i still needed help. He brought me to the back of the store and low and behold just what i needed was right there! he rang me up and gave me a great price! I felt very special and important! i will definitely come again and recommend to my friends!
