DONT GO HERE Im telling you, these rude guys and their cheap products SUCK. I bought a vape pen, W/ 30 day warranty, first puff- it tasted burnt, go right back in, NOPE they wont give me another one, I need to buy a pack of $15 atomizers, then the button broke, go back in NOPE wont replace it - warranty is on battery only- which they failed to mention upon purchase, Ok so I fixed the button, then it falls down into the battery unit ok now it wont charge, go back in, Not going to honor the warranty b/c its my fault!! WTF!!! Hows that I ask, Oh - well I tightened it to hard, I have carpal tunnel in both hands SEVERELY I cant even open a milk jug, How did I tighten it to hard? Then he pulls the pen apart ripping all the wires, and says yep sorry its your fault, the only nice person there is a girl -she tells me on the way out sorry, her boss is a d**k. Well I called the manufacturer, they are considering pulling their products from that store b/c of too many complaints, it is the HOT VAPES but EVERYTHING there sucks, the juices are low quality--nasty, their whole store is just nasty, and Dewey the back woods hillbilly who runs it, hes the worst of all, so with him training people on how to rip customers off, u dont have a chance, there are so many other legit, clean places consumers can go, I dont think they realize that. Go somewhere else!!

The man that helped us was sooo nice - my friend had mailed me an e-cigg thats a personal vaporizer so I could gradually dial down the amount of nicotine until Im just smoking flavors, but I needed help picking new flavors and accessories and basic knowledge about how it works, what level to fill the liquid to, what the mg vs. ml means in terms of how many regular ciggs that equals, how long the cartridges last, etc. - and he was very patient with me being a newbie and explained everything and gave me time to look at all the 150-odd flavors they have without feeling rushed at all, so Ill definitely be going back there whenever I need to refill flavors and get more accessories! I went from 24 mg (full strength nicotine) to 12 mg, and next time I refill Ill go lower than that. Im not getting any "I need a cigg right now or Ill explode" cravings with the reduction in nicotine either, like it was the carcinogens or something in the ciggs I was addicted to, its so crazy...

Sold me some kratom that if were real wpuld be way overpriced. 15 bucks for one serving. They were these barely halfway filled capsules, i ate the entire bottle and did not feel a single thing except maybe a little sleepy but was already tired. These are supposed to be maeng da mind you. I got my money stolen from me for some bunk fake crap. By the way my butthole is ten times cleaner than the store i walked into..2 guys weres smoking stank marlboro cigarettes that worked there inside the shop which looked liked it was a taken over hodje mart in the hood. This place should disappear....the land and building mowed over and a nice respectable place rebuilt that has some real kratom some real people and a cleanliness that puts my butthole in its proper place...wow this place is a disgrace. Hope your measly profit on ripping me off was worth the decent minded people reading this review and going elsewhere! Trust me.

RABunyak - I dont understand why all of these (supposedly) different people are writing such slanderous negative remarks. I have been to this store on many occasions, over the last few years, even as late as two nights ago. They have always treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect. I am also not a family member or friend of any person in this store. I dont even know their names. I do know, however, that I WILL return. (For some reason when I went to edit, it posted the new one and yet still kept the old one from a year ago. Sorry for the duplicate posts).

this the best place to get get the respect you want they are always nice to their customers. ive been going there for the past year and i dont know a single name of any one and they act like they know me its been like that since day 1 so im guessing if they were rude to whom every its probably because you were rude to them!!

This place needs to change their name. They do not have a good selection of pipe tobacco, or anything like that. The tobacco they have is so dry I cant even make cigarettes with it. Its more of a head shop, and thats fine, but for tobacco Ill have to go to tobacco outlet.

I"ve been goig there for several years. Dewey always knows what I want. The entire staff is pleasant and accommodating. This is a great place for all of your smoking/vaping needs. Also a great knife selection. Cant forget the glass selection either.
