I have to say, Im honestly surprised to read some of the terribly negative reviews. My experience has been nothing but positive. Things are different than when I started vaping just 9 short months ago. You can find e cig supplies in just about any mom and pops tobacco shop and many other places. But there are two things you wont get at these places. For starters, a staff that is incredibly knowledgeable and stands behind its product. I went in knowing nothing, and the staff took the time to explain EVERYTHING to me, despite the fact that their were others waiting to be serviced. Take that as you will, but I would rather wait in line for a little bit (and this can happen during busier periods, despite the fact that they have plenty of staff) and receive personal service, than be rushed through and get out a little quicker. The other thing Ive found to be uniquely awesome to this location is the quality of products, but especially the juices. All of their supplies are of good quality, but a lot of them can be found at other stores just as easily. What keeps me going back (and its a little bit of a drive for me, is the juice. Everything else Ive tasted is generic and at times down right nauseating. Im not exaggerating. The juice here is of top quality and is delicious. The last thing Ill mention is the fact that once youve spent a few hundred dollars here, you get ten percent off of all your purchases. Im sure it seems like Im an employee or something, but I only wrote this to give a fair depiction of how nice of a place this is. Thanks for reading.

I do not have alot of "Vaping" experience but i have been to some local shops around the twin cities area and have done research online. the store has a vast array of "Starter Kits" ranging from simple press n go to variable voltage to the VMX which is built and hits like a TANK! And the liquids are so delicious Arctic Fire is a Must Try!! Lastly the customer service is above and beyond i walked in initially with about as much knowledge as pre filled cartridges and left with a whole new vocabulary of terms i never knew exisisted!! the staff know their product and show pride in explaining it. Jesse And Dustin are my favorite but i have no complaints about any other staff. Being able to learn new things and having the staff know me on first name basis is something more than i could wish for in retail shopping.

I stopped in there last week to get some info on e-cigs. Tina was amazing! She took the time to answer all of my questions and even let me try the different flavors and e-cigarettes that are offered. If you are thinking about trying the e-cig, I would recommend you to stop in and check the place out! They have a ton of flavors to try and they will work with you to make sure they get the best fit for your individual need! It has been only a week since I quite smoking, but for the first time I honestly dont have any desire to ever return to a smelly cigarette again! GREAT PLACE! WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I had tried e-cigs before, and didnt have much luck with the low quality e-cigs other stores sold me. I went to the e-cig shop and was blown away! From the moment I stepped into the door I knew that this was the place I was looking for. Steve and Shawn were amazing at helping me choose an e-cig that best fits my needs. They were so patient while I tested flavors, which they have so many of! I am so happy with my purchases, and SMOKE FREE! No more nasty cigarettes! Great place to go if your thinking about Quiting cigarettes! I have smoked for 31 Years and diognosed with C.O.P.D. ( cronic obstructive pulmanary disease) Then i found the ecig shop in Anoka. Steve and Shawn were so helpful, they are very nollegable with the ecig kits and best of all you can try before you buy! The juice is very good, they have tons of differant flavors.They treat you like family.So if you want to get rid of that nasty habit of cigarettes and would like to save money,check these guys out you wont be sorry!

Love this place! They have a great selection of kits and juices. Their customer service is the best I have had in a long time. I have been to other ecig shops around the cities and this one is the best all around. They have the best juices by far in comparison to other shops(dont waste your time anywhere else yuck!) They are always helpful and upbeat and really know how to take care of their customers. I just cannot say enough good things about this place! Make sure to go to these guys, you will not regret it!

I walked into the store on a whim. I liked the idea of buying an e-cig and how simple they are to use. I had not looked into e-cigs at all. Walking in the first thing I saw ALL the choices of e-cigs. While I was taking that all in I turn and notice the huge variety of flavors on the wall. The staff is amazing. They made sure I had the right e-cig by asking questions to narrow down the choices. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, patient and funny. They dont pressure you at all they really want to help you.

I loved this place. I am fairly new to smoking e-cigs and the people here were so helpful. They were great at answering all the questions i had. The best part about this store is that you can go in and try the flavors before you buy them. If your thinking about giving e-cigs a try, dont do what I did and waste your money online on something that wont give you a positive first experience. BEST PLACE TO GO. I first tried to switch my habits over a year ago and was duped by an internet retailer. Found a news journal in the local paper about the e-cig store. Went to visit them and.... They where very helpful with what fit my old smoking habits. I now will never smoke a nasty cigarette again. They make u feel at home as if they where friends. Not just a other customer.

The owner is a really great person, he got my wife & I to embrace vaping together we quit smoking that was over 7 years ago. We used to drive all the way from Saint Paul. Just for the service & juice. We both are happy to be cigarette free. Their staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure your satisfied. My favorite liquid is a flavor that is not popular so they dont stock it but they always make sure there is 1 on hand for me when I come in. They also have warrantied parts for me, even after the warranty time has expired. They truly care about the customer.
