Ive been going to Midwest Tobacco in Albertville for well over a year now. Shawn, one of the owners, treats his customers, not as profit, but as friends. I like how Shawn and Nile keep in touch with regular customers through facebook and have no issue with "loyalty" discounts as well as helping you find what youre looking for before you go to the store. When they got Electronic Cigarettes and juice in, I started going weekly for all my needs and now, they have greatly expanded their products as far as batteries and top of the line juices as well as prices that cannot be beat. I really enjoy going and will continue to go there for all my tobacco and Ecig needs! You guys got my support always!

I read the other reviews on this place and decided to take a visit, awesome staff, lots of different products. Im very big into hookah and noticed they had authentic hookahs from Egypt and purchased one! Awesome that they have them. Theyre super friendly over there and everyone seems to know each other in some odd way or another. They also have a vast selection of cigars! I basically know nothing about cigars but the guys over there taught me things I could have never imagined about them. They also carry a huge selection E-liquid for electronic cigarettes as well. A brand called Eliqxor. Ill be visiting this store over and over again.

Each time I stop in, I am greeted as I enter. Someone always makes sure I am taken care of right away if my need is clear. They have no problem with me just browsing, which I like to do. Store has a great selection of incense, hookahs, tobacco, cigars, rollers, papers, and accessories. Also a huge selection of e-cigs. Last trip in, I chose to buy an eGo-T kit with a case and 13 Ml of Eliqxor Cafe De Paris. I was given an excellent description of the product, got to try it, and then they showed me how to use and care for it. Then knocked $5 buck off. This is a good bunch of folk doing a good business in a pleasant way.

Terrible customer service. Bought my first pipe today. Started on the cheap end because this was the first time. All excited to try it and what do u know after smoking it for a bit it cracks and breaks. I go back to the shop to explain my situation and was told i can have a discount. Really? I just bought it a few hours earlier and im offered a discount. Now if i had it for a few days or if it was glass.....come on, would i really want to waste my time for 15 dollars? Granted it was a cheap pipe but wow!!!! I thould it would last longer then a few hours.

They say customer service is dead and gone, but here it is alive and well. Aside from the great deals, awesome product, and over all homey atmosphere, its the employees that keep me coming back. Not only is the owner extremely nice, his employee is one of the most personable people i know, hes funny, charming and very genuine. This is my favorite smoke shop and I couldnt recommend it more.

I was introduced to an employee when I worked in the area. I came back at first because of convenience, but more recently I still return because the experience here is wonderful. They truly seem to care not just about the business, but the costumers. They are reasonable priced and I recommend this place for friends and family. I even brought my girlfriend to meet them. Each and every time I step into this store I am reminded why I prefer this shop to all others in the area. The customer service and generosity that I experience time after time is phenomenal. Im always greeted when I walk into the shop and am given lots of help when I need it. I know very little about cigar and tobacco products, but they can always help me pick something out for my boyfriend, family, and friends. I usually shop at your location in New Brighton where I have excellent service everytime, but I came over to the outlet mall in Albertville and made sure to stop by at the Albertville store. No surprise, the same great atmosphere and same excellent and friendly service. Keep up the good work folks.

Awesome place! Stopped in and purchased cigars for the husband and other men of the family for the holidays. They helped me pick out a nice assortment and my husband and step-father loved it and go to the shop regularly. Excellent service....I definitely recommend this place to any and everyone!

As someone who shops here I see a lot of negative Google reviews by kids under the age of 18, theyre all not allowed in the store so no wonder they were mad when removed from the store, I love thus job great product, great service and convenient hours.
