I use this pharmacy as CVS isnt much help and been with them for years, Wallgreens is great, they actually have most medications, always under a half hour wait, ( obviously, dropping off) sometimes they call u thru the intercom if ur in the store within 15 minutes. Cvs no matter what, they could be dead slow, no one in line, or sitting waiting and its an hour to an hour an half. If their busy thats totally fair, 1 time wall greens told me an hour in the whole year of 2016 going there twice a month, I Wil only go to Walgreens unless I feel like a short walk and wait then IL walk to the cvs at the corner by where I live. Everyone have a great day no matter when u have seen this or may not have seen it (=

I love walgreens use the app print pics get my meds all there. Well not any longer. I had pictures printed before Christmas on there app. The app would not let me put in my promo code . So the pictures were almost 20.00 bucks I went in to pick up my pictures and STACY the night Manger was very rude wouldnt let me use my code. She said you placed order couple weeks ago. Well the promo code was from a couple weeks ago and it wasnt my fault you app wasnt workong. Needless to say I walked out with nothing. I reorder same pics at cvs for 7.00 dollars instead of 20. Walgreens has lost my business because of Stacy not once has anyone ever treated me like there and she by far isnt for the customers.

Went to this Walgreens for probiotics, next day went to take one and see that the bottle and box has a expiration date of October 2013 and here we are in late December! I wont be buying anything like this again there, they should be checking all the time to make sure all of their o t c meds arent expired, why should I have to? What a pain, wasting my time and gas to take this stuff back!

Refuses to understand their job responsibilities. Everytime my daughters endocrinologist at U of M does an override for her diabetic supplies I have to fight the pharmacist. Its insulin for cripes sake not painkillers or something. The first and foremost thing every pharmacist does is tell you how things work and youre wrong. I beg to differ.

They wouldnt look up my insurance without the number for it as well as hold your own information from you theyre never on time it takes forever for anyone to do anything at all and getting prescription drugs filled here is like trying to pull teeth and I will never recommend this place to anyone who needs things fast and reliable

ive been dealing with this place for years. every since they hired these new people its been an issue every time i need to refill my meds. i will be going to cvs from now on. they have no respect and are smart asses

This place used to be good. But the last few years it has went down hill. Long wait times, to the wrong meds being given. You would think e scripts would get filled quickly. But they dont. It takes hours.

The worst customer service ever!!! Pharmacy has the longest wait I have ever experienced & the shittiest attitudes & do not care in the least bit. Will never return, found service 100% better elsewhere.
