I only use this pharmacy out of absolute desperation. Due to some of the most arrogant, entitled & and egotistical pharmacists Ive ever come across. I just went in at 8:50 knowing they close at 9 PM because I have a prescription to fill before the memorial holiday. There was not a soul at the pharmacy and the pharmacist didnt look like she was doing much of anything. I handed my prescription to the assistant who got all my information up on the computer and then the pharmacist came over and said oh thats a controlled substance I cant feel that now. We close in five minutes.... huffing and puffing. Mind you I had my phone in front of me and it was 8:51. I even explained I was leaving up north in the morning but she did not care she kept going on and on about how they were closing in five minutes. The assistant even said well I have her whole profile up here... as if just fill it its not that difficult. But nothing could be that easy. She was incredibly rude and told me I could drive to five & Newburgh to fill it when I live across the street from the police station!!! I said you are still open and taking customers. she babbled on about how that particular prescription would take 15 to 20 minutes alone just to fill (which is never happened before). And God for bid you stayed after for three minutes to help a customer out. Ive worked in many jobs where people come in right as the doors are closing but you still take care of them. When I asked her why she had such an attitude she even got more of an attitude and said well I feel like youre questioning me. To which I said I am because it isnt making any sense. Why would I drive to five & Newburgh when you are open. And that was just todays experience I could go on about the others.

This CVS is perhaps the most deplorable establishment in downtown Farmington in its category . First, the store itself is dirty and has not been kept up as one would expect of a company so large. Second, the people that work there ( if you can even find one) have no sense of urgency and generally treat their customers with a judgemental disdain. (This was not always the case as they did have a great manager Heidi who left over a year ago, which is when the decline started) Third, their prices are so high you need to use their CVS card to get what would be a regular price at Targe or Walgreens. I.E. Their sale prices are regular price at Target. If you within one mile of this location and expect a quick in-out as in "I have a sick child at home please help me" - Go to Walgreens on Orchard Lake and 10 mile or 8mile and Farmington - Trust me it will take half the time to get in and out even with the extra 5 min drive time. I once went in for one simple item (childrens Tylenol) the line wrapped all the way down an isle to the middle of the store, the clerk called for help 3 times and not one associate came to help. So, I proceeded to check out at the pharmacy instead of the front register, with a single item. I was promptly asked what I wanted and was told like a child in middle school being scolded by a vice principal that they were "too busy and cant help me ring up one item and to go to the front" - no customer was there at the time. Thus began my refusal to shop there. People make all the difference when you can find the same products elsewhere cheaper.

Terrible the lines are always long . the ladies who are in the pharmacy are rude. Will No longer be visiting any CVS. went to purchased a health care item at the pharmacy after waiting 20 minutes the lady asked. Me to go to the front. I had questions for the pharmacist. And was simply told to go to front after waiting which I then waited another 20 minutes... Ilthe lady at the pharmacy was not a pharamisct dark hair I think she was pregnant this was about 2 weeks ago. Will never be back.

Awful service. Waited next to the photo counter for 10 mins without help. Went over to the checkout counter and had to ask how I could get someone to take a passport photo. A lady than came to take my photo was so rude no hello or nothing. Did say a word to me the whole time besides when it was time to cash me out. She seemed to hate her job and did not like working with the public. I also believe she was a manager. Which is ever worse. I will not being going back to this CVS

I dont understand all the negative reviews. The cashiers/staff are so friendly!! Ive never walked in without someone saying hello or asking if they can help. Ive never had an issue with the pharmacy either. Yes, the lines are typically long, but I dont think its the fault of the staff, its just a busy store.

I have no idea why this cvs has gotten bad reviews. The Pharmacy staff was extremely helpful and worked with me thru a prescription cost issue. I have used cvs for many years and was extremely pleased to find this high quality store so close to my home. Extremely friendly staff well done CVS farmington

Was just on hold for 20 minutes to ask a quick question. The person answering the phone was incredibly rude. No manners whatsoever. Ive been going there for most of my life, and I am now going to actively avoid this location. I suggest you do the same.

I needed to fill a prescription after changing insurance companies. The pharmactist was very helpful and responsive to what I needed. This is the second time I have used this pharmacy and have always been pleased.
