Im only posting one star cause thats the lowest option I had.I went into CVS the other day with a reciept and two razors my mom had bought for my husband he dosnt use disposable razors so I decided to take them back to get a kind I would like. I went up to the cashier who then said she would have to get her manager since my mom had paid with coupons and extra care bucks(which is suppose to be like cash)I said no problem.I sat there for about 5 mins when the manager "pat" I believe was his name came walking up and asked what the problem was the cashier whispered something to him and he then walked over to me and instantly asked if I had the rewards that were given out for purchasing the razors.I replied no, that it was a gift from my mom and we dont have the same card and that I didnt know I had to have the rewards to return something being that there was any given in the first place.he then said he couldnt return these for me cause I didnt pay full price for them that there were coupons used I said yes my mom uses coupons in which you get reimbursed for them and extra care bucks are like cash not coupons or thats how you guys advertise them as.and I stated that I wanted to exchange them for womens razors and he said I would have to take a lower price for these razors when I asked why he couldnt explain.he then said he sees this all the time where people come in and buy things that get rewards and then return them and keep the rewards I said that may be but thats not the case here.I was in complete shock and very embarrassed since by this time there was a line behind me staring and listening.I can not believe thats how they treat their costumers I will NEVER GO BACK TO CVS AGAIN!

I needed a photo taken using a passport template but I needed a digital copy as well (its not for a passport, its for an application) and I asked the gentleman who took the picture if I could get a digital copy and his answer was "No… it only prints" and then I asked him if it could be scanned and his answer was "thats something you can do yourself". Ive had it done before ( a few months ago) and I managed to get a digital copy and the lady that took the picture was very helpful, whereas he gentleman that took it this time (his name was Pat) was not helpful at all. I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. Thank you for your help, much appreciated!

CVS is a drug only store. After walking through the isles perusing their wares, I walked across the street to WalGreens. The difference is like night and day. NO I will never be returning to CVS. The store is dirty, under stocked and merchandise is old and out of date. If not for prescriptions, Im certain the doors would close.

I work at a different CVS location and visited there today for a small purchase. Staff was unknowledgeable and not trained well on what Extra Bucks were or what the coupon center was. Had to wait for the manager to come to explain to her what it was. There was also a huge line with only one cashier running the counter.

I appreciate that the pharmacy is open 24 hours. With the Sheldon Road location not having the pharmacy open 24 hours any longer, this made a convenient back up. My son was quite ill with pneumonia and we had just left the ER and needed to get his scripts filled immediately.

Poorly managed. Understaffed. When I walked in there were at least a dozen standing in line up front with 1 person working behind the counter. I paid for my milk at the pharmacy.
