Ray and his staff care about their customers. When my father passed away in January, Ray donated to our memorial fund! Can you say that about your local pharmacy chain? No! When my mother had surgery on her leg, Rays helped her get the medical equipment she needed to come home instead of being stuck in a rehab center. Ray and his staff know me and my family by name, not by a rewards card number. More importantly, Ray and his staff pay attention to details with each and every customer. Example, last month I went to get my RX filled, the young man taking my prescription noticed right away that I had been given the wrong dosage by my doctor, a mistake that could have been fatal! Not only did he catch the mistake, but he informed me on how to never let this happen again! Thank you Rays Pharmacy for your care and continued service! You all are appreciated and your efforts do not go unnoticed!

A small business most importantly. Never in 3 years has their been any mix ups and the staff is unqustionable the kindest, understanding and will be aggresive or assertive I should say, to Drs insurance companies..They put you first always and from narcotics to diabetes, they have it and if not? You can bet within 24 hrs. You will know when it is coming and when you can pick it up. Also, their prices blow these corporate multiplexes away. If they charged double I would..wait, if it were TRIPPLE, the price, theyd get my money. Im a lifer. How does this small company compete with corporate giants? I dont know but whatever it is theyve managed to be there a long time and I suggest that anybody treat small businesses with good price and good service that delivers to the disabled first go to raise you wont regret it

The people who work there are rude and uncaring and also prone to make mistakes. After screwing up on of my prescriptions he said, its only the first time I have messed up your prescription this year. How many are they allowed? I also used to have them deliver to my house until they left a deep scratch in my front door by jamming the bottle between the door handle and door. The owner did not care at all and actually yelled at me over the phone. That was the last straw. NEVER go here. The worst service ever. I try to help out local businesses but this one is just terrible.

My mom had advanced COPD and I was unable much of the time to go get her medicine. Rays happily delivered her equipment no matter what it was. They even sent a sympathy card when I informed them she had passed. My husband is diabetic and I am happy to report that other than a small mix up due to his doctor filling out the prescription form wrong they been on the ball They also still carry Actafed (generic version) when everyone else seems to have stopped doing so.

Quick Friendly Service. They always have the medications I need in stock. Also delivery is available for those who have no transportation. Ive been going there now over the past 9 months. They were only out of one of my medications one time. The next morning it was delivered directly to my home.

Rays Drugs Is a total RIP OFF They tried to charge me $30 for this drug which I said NO and so I got it at Krogers for $10 Plus he lied and said this is my cost WHAT a LIAR
