Health Smart may be the most incompetent pharmaceutical company I have ever encountered. More than 4 weeks ago, I submitted a prescription for a back brace. At the time I placed my order, I was assured that I would receive the brace within a week. When I did not receive a phone call for a pick-up time, I inquired about the brace. I was then told that the brace was on back order and should be in within a few days. After more than two weeks of waiting, my husband went to the store in person and was told that I had not submitted a prescription. After some searching, I was once again assured that the brace was on its way. Tonight I called to inquire once more and received a very rude response from one of the "pharmacists" on duty. DC, the pharmacists on duty, abruptly told me ther was NO record of my order. Initially, I thought I had accidentally called the wrong company. Once I confirmed that I had in fact called the right pharmacy, I called again to inquire about the brace. Since, DC did not take the time to get the correct spelling of my name nor any other identifiers which would bring up my records, I thought he had overlooked it by accident. What followed was inexcusable! Not only did he refuse to take my information he hung up in my face. I was stunned. I called again this time he refused to answer the phone and it was sent to the store voicemail. Finally, a more competent person answered the phone and when I explained my dilemma she told me it appeared that my brace had NEVER been ordered! I cannot believe that people in the healthcare industry could be so careless with peoples health. The brace that was prescribed by my doctor prescribed provides me with a better quality of life, so I do not have to experience pain when doing daily activities. There are not enough words to express my disappointment and sheer anger. This is unacceptable and is well below the kind of service I expect or would recommend to others. I will never return to this pharmacy.

Raj the owner pharmacist is always very nice and helps you in any way he can. Me and my family and friends have been going there for years and will always go there for our prescriptions and other medical needs. I dont like the big pharmacies they treat you like a number not a patient I know when I go to Health Smart they know me and my family by name and I love that. So thank you Raj your a wonderful man who cares about the patients who come there to get prescriptions , have a medical question thanks so much.

I love this place! They always have my meds and they are always very polite! They even sent me a birthday card! I can ask questions and always get a polite response and if i call ahead of time they will always have my meds ready when i get there! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

Excellent and friendly staff. Fast service. Only downside is that they close early on Saturday and arent open on Sunday.
