I just moved to the area a few weeks ago after living in Ann Arbor for 8 years, and I must say I am appalled! I suffer from severe chronic migraines, and many times over the past 8 years my partner has had to go to the pharmacy to pick up refills for my medication when I was physically unable to go with him. I have never once had an issue, and I use numerous pharmacies depending on location, until last night. Not only was the pharmacist racially profiling my partner, he refused to fill my prescription that my partner had given him the original prescription container with 11refills that was written less than a month ago. My partner even called the doctor to call in another refill for the same medication, and the pharmacist asked the doctor for information that is none of his business and unnecessary to refill a prescription and then refused to fill the prescription. I called the pharmacist who gave me some bullshit story after already speaking with my partner and the doctor, who I then asked why he is asking for information he doesnt need to fill a prescription and refusing to fill my medication when I was in excruciating pain, and he said nothing. Then he blamed the doctor and said that the doctor didnt want to fill the prescription there, even though thats what he called there to do. Then he told me he had no problem filling the prescription. Come to find out he didnt even look at the prescription my partner brought him, which was for sumatriptan which is only used for migraines, is not used for pain, and cant be abused in any way. I have NEVER been so angry and offended in my life, and I will NEVER fill my prescriptions at CVS again; neither will the physician and probably other physicians he knows as well. And for ths finale, as my partner left the store, he was stopped AGAIN by some lady working in the store who asked if he paid for the empty prescription box he brought in with him to see if he was stealing anything. The pharmacists excuse was that it looked suspicious that an African American man would come to a 24 hour pharmacy to pick up a prescription at 1am for his girlfriend who is too sick to get out of bed, with the actual prescription in hand... Now I know exactly why there was NOBODY at that CVS, except for an older caucasian gentleman who had no problems picking up a prescription in the middle of the night.

This is the most helpful pharmacy I have been to in awhile! I was picking up a prescription for my brother and he has no insurance. One girl gave me a discount on it and it was still like 140$!!!! Then another worker came over and said she was going to try something and got it down to 13$!!!!! That makes a big difference for his family!! Thats grocery money! Everyone is so nice there. One down side is they dont seem to have enough staff.

By far the BEST CVS I have ever been to. I have lived in many cities in the area (Dearborn, Canton, Ypsilanti, Belleville) and have had absolutely terrible experiences with the Dearborn location on Telegraph, to average with the rest. But I have been going to Belleville CVS for over 2 years and never one complaint. Henry is a great manager and his staff is always quick and professional. Also open 24/7 which is awesome!

It sucks that theyre the only 24 hour pharmacy in the area because they are very rude. No customer service skills whatsoever, very judgmental & the staff acts as though they do not enjoy their job. If you hate your job find another. At least be friendly and act as though you enjoy your job. Wont be coming back to this location.

I went here for a gallon of milk and MARIA, the cashier was super helpful and nice. She greeted me as I walked in the door and made me feel like it was no bother for the extra help she gave me. The store was clean and organized. Definitely worth recognizing great service. 5
