IF YOU TRANSFER YOUR PRESCRIPTION HERE YOU LOSE ALL REFILLS!!!! THESE GUYS ARE RETARDED HERE!! THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DO THERE JOBS. I ask them that you dont lose your refills. they said YES YOU DO ! then contacted 3 other pharmacies and they said you should always keep your refills when you refill. i told the shady CVS place that after i got home they hung up on me when i said 3 other pharmacies said i should of had my refills. so i lost all my refills . and im stuck with these morons now.....had to contact my doctor to get more refills and tell him the story of this SHADY CVS

April 30, 2016 Ive been coming to the CVS @ 100 W. Maple Rd in Walled Lake, MI 48390 for many years. I gave them 5 stars, because Ive always been treated with the utmost respect, care, and compassion. If you are looking for a great pharmacy, try this one, I promise you wont be sorry !!!!

hours posted are 8a - 10p. sat in pharmacy drive up @ 8a for 10 minutes. pushed call button repeatedly, looked in window, no one there. gates are down @ counter. dont want to change pharmacies but it shows a lack of customer service if they dont honor their posted hours.

Not a bad store. Has what we are looking for on a regular basis. There is one pharmacy tech who like to be a little loud when confirming the prescription when picking up. All in all, not a bad place.

Waited an extraordinarily long time in drive thru line. When i finally got up there, was never acknowleged. Had to go inside to be treated rudely. Um no. Lost a customer.
