There should be just a "Poor" option, because "Fair" is generous. I gave this pharmacy a fair shot, but Ill never use it again. Worst pharmacy Ive ever used actually. Terrible service, always desperately understaffed. Theres a line at least 4 people long (between the counter and the drive-through window) and only one person ever working the registers. Even at 8 pm on a Tuesday, you have to wait in line for 15 or 20 minutes. I called in a prescription on Tuesday that I needed by Saturday. The automated service said it would be ready on Thursday, so I went in to pick it up and was told it was out of stock and they would need to order it. When I asked why that hadnt been done between Tuesday and Thursday, all I got was an apology for a computer error. Anyway, they said it should be available on Saturday no problem, so I said ok. I called on Saturday and its still "out of stock." So now I have to go out to Ann Arbor to pick up only a weeks worth of medication. Update: Now they wont refill it because it was filled too recently. But the last time I filled it, they werent able to fill the whole prescription and apparently forgot to record that minor detail. Unbelievable. Overall a terrible pharmacy. Way too many other options in this area for me to ever go back there.

I used the online Walgreen prescription site to refill 5 prescriptions 3 days before I picked them up. They must have waited to the very last minute to fill them because only 2 were ready when I went to pick them up. 1 was not available in the quantity needed, another was not in stock. Although the actual pharmacist was knowledgeable and helpful, the assistant was not. I was told to return the next day. Only 1 of the 2 was ready. I was told that the other would be ready sometime after 10 PM. Having an early AM flight the next day, I told them to do a partial fill which they accomplished and forget the rest. Despite this, I still received a call after 10 PM. I have used Walgreens in several other locations with excellent results. The staff here, with the exception of the actual pharmacists, tend to be arrogant and certainly not customer driven. I will not use this particular pharmacy again and have recommended the same to others.

I was in line waiting to pick up a prescription when an elderly gentleman came up and asked the pharmacists where an item was out on the floor. It was actually right on the aisle next to the pharmacy. Instead of simply walking through their swinging door, showing him it off the shelf and then coming back in to continue filling prescriptions, the pharmacist decided to have a yelling match trying to direct him to the product. If you cant take 5 steps and 20 seconds to give someone some decent customer service, something is gravely wrong. Also, every single person in this pharmacy yells. Like at the top of their lungs. There is no needed for that. I went to pick up 4 prescriptions. When she rang them up, they came to an astronomical price. I reminded her of the insurance I was using and how that price couldnt be right. She rolled her eyes at me, huffed, and rechecked the system. Are you kidding me? Sorry excuse for customer service...

The Pharmacy staff are extremely rude!!!!!!!!!!!! They treat their customers with disrespect. The one pharmacist at night cant handle much, this is probably why she works mid nights. You ask her a question and she rolls her eye balls. How Professional.. If I went to pharmacy school I would not need to ask. I will never go to Walgreens in Canton Michigan again. Im going to CVS! Management needs to check on their employees if they want continued business.

Been going here for 7 years or so and never been super happy with turn around times at the pharmacy. I know busy times come and go but waiting an hour and a half for meds for a sick 20 month old is ridiculous. Its happened to many times here and IM DONE with them. Oh and when you call to talk to a manager you cant get through....hung up on three times. Spend your money somewhere else!

Bought canvas printed pictures and was amazed with same day printing. When picking the pictures up, the color was off and Colin figured it was the printer that had issues. He went to another store to get the right pieces and called back when the pictures were complete. Both Colin and Pam from the photo department were great. Thanks for the great customer service!!!

This is the first time I have rated a company on here. They are very disorganized, and horrible service. I was supposed to have a prescription transferred there on Saturday & on Tuesday it still isnt filled. I even got an email saying it would be ready for pickup on Saturday. After they figure out how to fill this prescription, I am going elsewhere.

They never have the perscriptions ready when they say to come back so you end up waiting for hours upon hours,they are also extremely rude to any customer and told Walgreens excessively about this still nothing has changed! I WILL NOT use this pharmacy but my husband does so I refuse to ever go back there!!

The customer service here is so awful! I was trying to get a prescription transferred to their pharmacy and was told the wrong procedure by them twice, then was given serious attitude from them when I called back. I will never go to another Walgreens again.

Went there for a passport photo. Unlike other places like CVS or Fedex only have one dimension - which is US passport size, Walgreens could choose different countrys passport photo size. Very good place for VISA application

The store is fine but the pharmacy is horrible. There is ALWAYS an issue, ALWAYS. I wont use the pharmacy ever again. Shopping at the store for basic needs though is fine, never an issue. The pharmacy is just horrible.
