Fantastic!!! Fadi (store owner) was wonderful. I had a computer emergency that needed prompt care...I bumped over an open bottle of water causing it to spill a fair amount of water onto the key board of my laptop. I needed a quick fix and did not know where to go. My main dilemma is always (especially in this case) time more than anything. Until finding Computers Pro Tech (I was referred to him by a co-worker who was having difficulties connecting his email account to our work server-He said Fadi did a very good job and that he would highly recommend him), I was unable to find a computer shop that was able to service my laptop without having to hold it for days or in some cases, even weeks (I have used and been to quite a few different computer repair shops over the years). Being that I use my laptop every day at my job, not having it for more than a few days can be very problematic. Fadi not only serviced my laptop (took it apart, dried it out, put it back together, backed up all my information, scanned it for and removed viruses, reinstalled programs and software that were not working correctly, etc.) he had it back to me by the end of the next business day just as he said he would. Also, he was great to work with. He was kind, sincere, honest, didn’t make me feel stupid (even though I know little, beyond basic use, about computers), called me when he said he would and provided me with what I considered to be very fair prices for the services rendered (it was about $110 total for everything). While these are all qualities we tend to expect out of anyone who provides us with a service, in my experience, this is not always the case. Fadi however, did deliver. I will happily go back to Fadi any time I have a computer issue. I highly recommend him. -Scott D.

The store owner seems friendly enough, but dont let that fool you. When I had my desktop serviced to determine what a problem was and fix it, the fee for the service was modest compared to most places and at a glance the cost of the part needed was on par with what could be expected... Until you actually Google the part and find that you were charged as much as 25% over its actual cost at the low end. The part itself was from an unknown and at a glance not reputable manufacturer, and the part itself lasted only 2-3 weeks. The Store owner refused a refund and tried to claim that it was either something in my system or a power surge, but I can assure you Im running it all now with only 70 watts more power than recommended with no issue and if a power surge knocked out my system then anything else on the power strip it was connected to would have at least turned off as well. In short, you will be over charged for cheap repairs and be given crap parts.

I refreshed my laptop and lost Word as well as updates in the process. My printer was also "disconnected" from the PC. I brought it to Fadi whom I had brought my printer to before. He installed Word as well as Excel and PowerPoint, reconnected the printer and took care of the updates at a very fair price, quick turnaround and very professionally. Fadi is very competent in the IT field, a very kind and pleasant person and very easy to speak with. I highly recommend Computers Pro Tech. I told my brother in law about Fadi a while back. He too brought his pc in for issues he was having and was extremely happy with the personalized and professional service he received. He still thanks me for the referral. I have been to other pc stores through the years and now that I discovered Computers Pro Tech and Fadi I would not go anywhere else. Thank you. Five stars!!!!

Fadi, the owner, is a kind and knowledgeable guy. Im a graduate student and computers are my world, so Im competent to recognize competent work. Fadi consistently and graciously compromised in-and-around my hectic school schedule and budget to fix a slew of problems with my mac. I mean, I had the guy jumping through hoops. Whats more, he did it all at a price Ive never seen anywhere else in all my years as a computer-abusing student. Needless to say, Ive found my computer guy.

I stopped in today and was happy to find a computer service center that not only knows what they are doing, but are honest about helping you out. Fadi is a great tech and really knowledgeable about computers, it doesnt matter if its a desktop, laptop, or an operating system issue, he knows how to fix it AND he is really up front about what it will take. Great service, great turnaround. If youve got a computer problem this is the place to take it. Excellent!

Fixed my Mac Book Pro (2015) without hesitation. Got a quote from Apple and not a solid answer on what the problem was, but the man who fixed my laptop here (Fetti I believe was his name), said exactly wha tthe problem was, fixed it, and saved me money. Couldnt believe the outstanding service!
