Highly recommend. After trips to a couple other "big box" service centers this was my last resort. I should have gone here first (didnt know it was there). They are very friendly and highly professional. They have no competing interests such as selling you new product like most in-store service centers do. If they can fix it, they will, not recommend buying a new laptop over a bad hard drive. I am so happy to have a computer repair place I feel I can trust and count on for honesty and top service.
