I went through the drive through July 1st. And I ordered an ice Capp when I got to the window I asked if they could add another one they said no I would have to go back around I was ok with that, but when I got the ice Capp it was to dark so I asked if they could add some more cream to it. Not only did the girl (Alyssa) say no she couldnt. But they would have to charge me extra for a little bit of cream in my ice Capp. She had a really bad attitude problem. I didnt even take the ice Capp I just asked for my money back. I used to come to this Tim hortons a lot, but I will never go back to this Tim Hortons again. She had to be the rudest person I have ever dealt with at any place I have been to. I would give it no star rating but I had to put something.

Time after time I am left with a horrible experience after visiting this particular Tim Hortons. Not only was I waiting in line for 8+ minutes, talk about "fast" food, but they jacked up my order far beyond what it was worth. I ordered a Chicken & Apple Bacon Panini, which sounds great if I would have gotten what I ordered but instead I received a sandwhich that was not panini pressed and had no bacon on it. This restaurant is a huge waste of time and money!

I work near this location so I am always stopping in the morning to get a coffee. This location by far makes the WORST drinks. Every time I order a coffee with cream and sugar it tastes like they forget the cream and sugar. The ice capps also have a bad taste to them. It taste like cleaning chemicals. Try to avoid this location, its a nice way to ruin your morning if you are really wanting a good cup of coffee.

Worst customer service ever. Made big mistake wrong Tom hortons in sat nav . The last one we went to the staff where brill 100%. This one the staff needs some sort of training , on radio while serving us and hence all the mistakes ,food way below par . FIND the other ones this one is s--t

Worst drive-thru experience ever. Waited at the drive-thru speaker for 20 minutes without any acknowledgement. After saying hello I was acknowledged and able to make my order. Not another person in line. Im quite upset that I even have to give one star to write this review.

Its 2:20am and I went to the drive thru to get a coffee before work well I sat there for 5 mins and no one answered the speaker but I can see them looking thru the window. Last I checked Customers come 1st!!! If it wasnt for customers you wouldnt have a job.

The worst food I ever had at Tim Hortons. After eating breakfast biscuits, me and my coworker start throwing up. The food tasted funny and I thought it was way too salty than usual. Will never recommend this location... Stay away and stay healthy.

They need to enforce hair nets here... twice now I have gotten ice cream here and both times no hair nets first a girl with long hair pulled back and fly aways and a guy this last time with longer hair. Its gross.

I have experienced many Tim Hortons and can honestly say they have consistently excellent coffee, good food, and great pastries. My favorite timbit is the birthday cake with blueberry coming in a close second.

Probably need to smile a little more and be more courteous. For the price that I pay I think hot chocolate should come with whipped cream and not be $0.50 extra. Had to ask for napkins with the to go order.
