I love Starbucks. The one we have here is really good. Nice people working there and theyre quick. The mochas are mine and my husbands favorite thing to get here and theyre awesome. Only one occasion where I brought mine back, because it was a really packed day and they had forgotten any sweetener. They fixed it promptly and gave me a card to get a free one next time I came in. Ive always had nice people make my coffee. The best coffee Ive ever had!

This is the only starbucks with in 100 miles so my choices are pretty narrow. This location has highs and lows. The staff is alway pleaseant and helpful but the speed of drink prep sometimes leaves littleto be desired. I think its because they dont have the process dialed in yet. I. Am there 2-4 times week and i have never had too run a starbucks either but i think there is some room for improvement.

the 1st time I went in this Star bucks, I was impressed. Everyone was very professional, and one young woman stood out, contagious smile, and genuine caring attitude, I had to ask her name...Latasha, store manager, thank you, and what a difference it makes to others with your attitude and smile. Very pleasant baristas who do a great job of taking care of customers. Stocking of items could be a bit more crisp. Frequently run out of things. Clean restrooms. Water stands in some of the parking areas outside.

This was the worst service and I am very disappointed with the company. If the hours close at 10:30, then they close at 10:30. NOT 10:23. Hiring college kids to do this job is not a smart move.

Not for early risers. Coffee still not made 15 minutes after opening time. Happens every time I arrive near opening time.
