This review is for the location near telegraph, not Inkster( Inkster is so much better) I work nearby, me and my co-workers frequently go because we love Tim Hortons but this location cares more about low" drive thru time" than accuracy. Also they never give a sleeve for the hot coffee???? If they hire a great worker that takes their time to make sure everything is right.. the next time we go back that person is replaced with a rude fast mean person. Literally my co-workers and I say that person is so good they are going to fire them, we are Always right. Ooo my husband hates this location too. Dont go trust me

I normally like tim Horton, but this one always seems to upset me. The only reason i keep going to this one is because its on my way into work. Every other order is wrong and when you tell them they look at you like you ordered it wrong. Its simple NO whip cream, not extra whip not normal whip i dont want your oil whip cream. Also when i order a iced mocha latta thats not an ice cap! Even the manger got it wrong this morning. I understand you guys are busy but how many other orders are you messing up and remaking making your wait time even longer?

I love my Timmy Hoes. This one is currently transitioning to new management. I hope that they make this one feel less clinical and the dining room becomes more homey instead of feeling like a waiting room. Even a Timmys out of a gas station had a couch and a television with a roaring fire on it. This one only has a couple hard backed seats and a few tables for two. Lots of wasted space.

The workers have bad attitude. ..also you have 4people in line 6 workers and only 1 actually works. Only great customer service is, when the morning supervisior is in..the rest of the day just bad service. They wont even brew fresh decaf ..they used half a cup leftover and mixed it with reg coffee. ..or use microwave to warm it...

*****Great staff!!! My coffee spilled and although it wasnt their fault or their problem, they replaced it for free. Great staff, from management on down. PREDICTION: Tim Hortons will single handedly put Starbucks out of business!!!!! Or, Starbucks will price themselves out of business. (9:33am 4/28/16)*****

Horrible employees. Their rude, careless and lack customer service. They cuss in front of customers. I was in drive thru and they were calling each other bitches all while my kids were in the car. They never have donuts and limited on products. Their just lazy.

Has flys in the glass on every donut and bagel. I tried to let them know about it and they said they know and dont know how to fix it. Cashier just rolled his eyes at me. They said they keep their fly traps right under the glass!

I just hate driving all the way to work only to find out they messed up by double double. Twice in 2 weeks but luckily I tasted before I got to work and here I sit with a coffee with just cream makes me want to scream.

Lady working drive through had an attitude problem and with her thick accent was difficult to understand the coffee was ok though you get better service and coffee at the ecorse location

Its okay,Ive driven by there for months early mornings,between 4:30-5:00 am they looked closed,no front lights,there tim hortons sign dimly lit,looking them up I see their open at 4:00am
